ARK CMCS Anmeldelser

Extremely helpful and efficient. Had my ccj removed within weeks with a fixed price.

Great service from the team at ARK. Everything explained really well, clear and concise information and my exceptions were set early on, I appreciated the honesty there.
Although I wouldn’t say the service is cheap, I don’t think it is poor value at all, compared to what a solicitor might charge. And in the long run could save me thousands.
Thanks to all the staff at ARK for sorting everything out, and for working so quickly also

Absolutely brilliant! Life changing for me to get these removed and I really didn’t think it would be possible let alone as easy as Reza has made it! Worth every penny.

I can't recommend ARK CMCS enough for how they've helped me - incredible service in what I thought was a dead end situation. When a CCJ showed up on my credit report attached to a previous address, and I had no idea where it had come from, I thought it was game over. Reza was fantastic and talked me through each step to resolution in a free, no obligation phone consultation. Within 24 hours of the initial call, they had received a signed Consent Order from the claimant to remove the CCJ entirely, and even managed to get a 70% reduction to the fine I owed.

I now have to wait for the courts to respond, but fingers crossed in 6-10 weeks the judgement should be set aside! I thought this was a dead end but thanks to ARK CMCS I should be back on track with my credit score. Thank you so much!

Extremely grateful to Ark who managed to remove a wrongly issued CCJ against me which I didn't think was possible before speaking to them.

After 10 months of going backwards and forwards with the courts and ParkingEye to no avail, I messaged Ark via their website, they soon contacted me and had the CCJ set aside within 1 month.

I honestly which I had contacted them sooner and saved a lot of time and hassle of trying to deal with it alone.
The entire process was made extremely easy with clear instructions on what to do.

I couldn't have asked for a better service!

Very grateful to Ark who were very helpful in guiding me through the process and acted quickly in corresponding with the solicitors who had erroneously applied a judgment against me. I highly recommend this company and would certainly use again should I find myself in difficulty.

The guys at Ark, were patient and considerate , despite my confusion. They were also extremely sensitive to my health issues and handled my case with aplomb. Not too often that this combination of ‘humaneness’ and professionalism comes together so consistently.

Highly recommended.

Excellent company to deal with. I used Ark CMCS to assist with a CCJ i had been incorrectly issued. Their rates were very competitive and they made the process simple and dealt with everything promptly!
The outcome of my appeal was successful thanks to Ark CMCS. Thank you.

ARK CMCS provided a 1st class service, from the initial phone call dealt with, Reza took his time and was really helpful and thorough explaining the whole process. Had a parking ticket issue where, UKPC had a, CCJ registered against me which I only realised from a routine check of my credit file! ARK CMS reviewed my case and provided a rapid turnaround obtaining a signed, Tomlin Order from the claimant within 24H! Have just send email which they kindly drafted along with the signed Tomlin Order and evidence to, CCBC. All being well should be CCJ free 4-8 weeks. Spectacular!

My partner had a CCJ on his file, this was incorrectly issued and ARK was amazing and supporting him to remove this. We are in the process of applying for a mortgage and the CCJ was hindering the process, the customer care team at ARK were great, always on hand to support with questions and very punctual throughout the process.

Ark did a great job at helping me to remove a CCJ that was wrongly put on my file. Reza did a great job at assisting, had great communication skills and very helpful throughout.

Outstanding service! Reza was so helpful and well informed. He’s given me very comprehensive information and kept me posted regularly on progress. It didn’t take long until the main part of the problem was resolved and settled.

Today I had my CCJ removed from my credit file thanks to ARK, I dealt with Reza throughout the whole process and he was great, talked me through each step, advised me on options and always answered my calls/emails. ARK did all the paperwork & legal side and all I had to do was send the email/legal letter to the courts. Be prepared for it to take up to 6 months for your CCJ to be removed and this is due to the backlogs at the courts however I would definitely recommend going through the process and couldn’t recommend ARK enough.

Super! Reza provided great advice that allowed me to quickly address a CCJ that had been wrongly applied to our business (and was actually meant for a firm at the other end of the country with a vaguely similar name.) Reza's advice helped me get the matter sorted promptly. A big thanks and a huge thumbs up from me!

Can’t even begin to put into words how amazing this company is!

Nawaz, has been absolutely brilliant!
from the very first call with him till the very end he was outstanding.

Nawaz explained every step of the way/timescale for CCJ removal. My husband had 3 CCJs against him dated back to 2019, 2020 and 2021 all of which has been set aside.

Throughout the entire process Nawaz has communicated so well, always kept us updated, continuously emailing the other party, chasing replies, calling to get a response (some companies ain’t so competent or prompt unfortunately- can’t even manage the basics of reading emails correctly). Im so glad I came across ARK. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for us.

If you have any doubts of who to go with between ARK or another company believe me go with these guys! My husbands case wasn’t so straight forward and Nawaz managed to get them set aside so anything is possible

We need more companies/ people like ARK/ Nawaz out there.

Thank you so much.

I am a victim of identity theft and wrongly pursued by a notorious firm of debt collectors. ARK have acted literally to save my future financial well-being through very rapid expert action on my behalf, through an otherwise incomprehensible legal swamp. I whole heartedly recommend this wonderful company.

ARK CMCS has really helped me with my case.I received a fantastic service from the guys and I would recommend for their services. Very friendly and always there to help at any time. They are quick with responses as well as showing you the journey of the case.

Reliable and efficient. Reza explained the whole process and timescale in detail and guided me how the CCJ can be removed before I make any payments. Excellent service he replies promptly to all the queries. Thank you so much for sorting my CCJ.
