ARK CMCS Anmeldelser

Excellent experience - very efficient .

Back in March I found a CCJ against my name during a credit check when applying for a mortgage. Looking for someone who specialise in removal of CCJ and not having found a bad review i contacted Ark CMCS who swifly responded with a phone call and explain the process and say I have a case. All questions were answered open and honeslty and it reassured me that there was a way as to have this removed.

I did have to do some chasing (not with Ark) and file a formal complaint to the courts to have the consent order looked at, after 4 long months the CCJ has now been set aside.
Thank you Ark for assisting with this matter I was very upset about the situation but Ark reassured me I have a case and I am able to have the CCJ removed.

I would highly highly recommend using ARK CMCS and not spend ££££ on Solicitors who charge for even just a consultation.

Really great company who knows what they are doing. Very hard to find this level of service nowadays. I really appreciate all your help and understanding.
Reza looked after my case and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Also didn’t judge or discriminate my case and that was a positive as it’s slightly embarrassing.
Thank you for all your help.

My only criticism is from the initial enquiry. I feel they call you too much. I work full hours and have very limited access to my phone. Every day I had 4 missed calls. Almost felt like a sales tactic. I was made aware that it was a time sensitive issue and CCJ removals need to be sorted earlier rather than later however every day on different numbers, with following text messages whist deciding what route to go down. Was a bit too much for me.

Thank you ARK I would 100% recommend you and use you again.

Great experience, help to get CCJ dismissed. Reza was professional and very helpful. Good outcome and very responsive. Have full confidence in this firm and recommended.

I recently found myself in a frustrating situation with a parking fine from Parking Eye, and a CCJ ruined my credit. Thankfully, I reached out to ARK CMCS, and their service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I contacted them, their communication, particularly from Reza was first class.

Reza's expertise and dedication to resolving my issue quickly were evident throughout the process. Within a remarkably short period, ARK CMCS successfully eliminated my parking fine, relieving me of the stress and burden it had caused. Their efficiency and effectiveness were truly remarkable.

The impact of their service goes beyond just resolving a parking fine. Maintaining good credit is crucial, and ARK CMCS's swift action not only saved me money but also preserved my credit score, which can have a significant influence on various aspects of life.

I highly recommend ARK CMCS to anyone facing similar challenges with CCJ’s. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment made my experience really easy. Thank you, ARK CMCS, for providing such a life-changing service.

Finally my Ccj has been set a side, it was a bit of a process due to the courts but every single time I messaged REZA from ARK CMCS he always messaged me back straight away or even called me an discussed an sorted out the problem, after my first payment to ARK they have not asked me for a single penny afterwards even tho they have helped me constantly through the process of getting my Ccj removed.
I can’t thank or recommend this company enough, 10/10 service and response from REZA. Thank you for everything you have done for me

very quick and efficient process, ARK deal with everything and get the judgement set aside with ease, payments are then made to the court and from what I can tell that's it. Done

written evidence is given to prove judgment set aside so this can help with your credit file / reports

Reza took my case and did an amazing job. All paper work was done properly and very professional.
Guidance was great prior to submitting file to court.
Would definitely use the service again
