Wow! So there is still hope for our world.
I spoke to this company about my Ccj three times to seek advice. They were so Knowledgeable helpful and friendly. They advised me what to do next and even helped me fill out the form over the phone. All of this without a PENNY exchanged.
Thank you ARK! You have restored my faith in humanity and legal processes. I highly recommended these people their integrity and kindness is exemplary. You will be blessed tenfold.

The communication is fantastic.
The help with problems is also fantastic.
And they have got rid of 2 CCJ'S that were not mine.both companies have now agreed and just waiting for the courts to rubber stamp them.

ARK CMCS provides an excellent service with tailor made to suit each clients requirements. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I can not recommend this company enough! They helped me resolve my CCj within weeks of contacting them and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service I am so pleased I contacted them.

Hi there,

I would just like to say, i'm not usually one to write reviews but ARK are just a fantastic company. I rang the company and spoke to Raza, he guided me through the whole process and told me all about my case... what things may hinder my case and just anything in general about my current position (This all came before any payment was made or even a conversation about money which to me shows they really care about their customers outcomes)

So in essence, I work in a prestigious financial services firm and I was incorrectly given a CCJ. As we're heavily regulated this would have meant that my employment could be terminated. Thanks to this wonderful company and Raza, this CCJ is now being removed - I can't begin to tell you the levels of elation I have from this. Also the increase on my credit score ( I have no other black marks ).

I would reccomend to anyone to use this great company! :)

I cant thank the team at ARK enough! They have helped me remove my CCJ which has caused me nothing but a struggle, they kept me in loop at all times. Despite contacting other firms i found ARK to be the most friendly bunch and always there to help. Thank you once again ARK

Easy to understand, and done what he said he would do very quick no waiting around for weeks. I would give a 5 star rating for ARK CMCS

I would like to thanks ARM CMCS for handling my case.
I initially approached Mr Reza and gave details regarding my case, he was very helpful , friendly and also he gave me very good professional advice without any rush.
I decided to go with them despite I had already received advice from other firms. From beginning of opening matter until the case was finalised, it took few weeks and Mr Reza was constantly updating me regarding the same .
I am very happy about their service and recommend them to everyone.

Kind regards
Shahriar

Found I have a CCJ on my record from a parking fine when I received a letter from the bailiffs who told me there was nothing I could do to appeal, even though the parking company had been sending letters to an address I did not live at.
Then I found Ark! Reza was so helpful and drafted everything up for me and successfully got the parking company to sign a consent order to remove my CCJ.
Can’t thank you enough for all your help.

Found out about a CCJ when I received the letter from the court Judgment for Claimant (in default) never heard about this alleged debt before then. I was so worried what to do, it was such a relief when I enquired with ARK they phone me back really quickly and explained very clearly all the options. The documents are know filed to court to set aside, hopefully it will be sorted soon! I can't thank you enough!

Great service. They were able to remove the CCJ from my credit file for me. The procedures were explained clearly and the time frame was given. They were very professional and quick to respond to any queries and did a follow-up to ensure everything was being sorted. Thanks a lot for all your help.

This company where really helpful all the way to get my ccj taken off the system , because I have moved and went thorough a divorce at the time never received the mail , but happy day my credit score should go back to were it should be

very help full and polite staf
thank you for CCJ Remove

Shocked, as after calling numerous companies to help with an N244 form the gentleman who answered the call helped! He helped me complete the form and was absolutely lovely to deal with, as it wasn’t a normal CCJ he advised he couldn’t actually take the case on but HELPED me, everyone else has said ‘can’t help bye’ but no, he advised they can’t take the case on but happy to advise me. Amazing, so happy and relieved m, a weight has been taken off my shoulders and I as expecting to be fobbed off again but totally the opposite. Thank you

Very helpful, always extremely patient.

I was treated with utmost patience even though my CCJ case was dragged with the court losing files etc, but even after payment, and months after up to when my CCJ was taken off, they were always responsive and extra helpful in regards to helping and giving extra advice

I received a phone call within 15 minutes of putting an enquiry on their website. He was so helpful and was so good at explaining the procedures. I didn’t end up using their services as I managed to sort it myself but I would have used them otherwise. They seemed very professional and not pushy.
