The part arrived swiftly and on time…
The part arrived swiftly and on time but i done a bit of searching and found the same part for £15 with the vat so was a wee bit bemused. Wouldn’t mind if there was a slight difference but thats a bit over the top.

Critical thermostat sadly not available
I needed a replacement element for my Ariston water heater, which arrived quickly, I fitted it and it worked but unfortunately the thermostat probe wouldn’t fit in the tube on the new element, I had no response to a request if a replacement thermostat was available, so now I have to be careful how I use the water heater in case it would blow up!
