Ordered a consol table and mirror set on 28th March...still waiting for the mirror...no reply to my endless e-mails and when you call the phone number it tells you to e-mail them which they then ignore.

We apologise that your delivery took longer than expected, we could only deliver you the console table, having to refund the mirror due to the first one being damaged in transit by our courier and then when we tried to order a new one from the supplier which occurred shipping delays. The chairs are very good quality unfortunately the delivery was horrible he was throwing and kicking the package like a ball and it was in luck the chair was not damaged which wood have made the whole experience unpleasant.

I received my double Percy mattress from AR Furnishings last week and I’ve been sleeping better than I have in years! Honestly a fantastic mattress, very firm but so soft and comfortable, won’t be needing another for a long time I’m sure but when I do I know I’ll be back.

A R FURNISHINGS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED
I ordered a cream knocker chair, and when it arrived it was a dark beige. The box even said mink. The company was very rude saying it was cream and the word mink is just what the manufacturers call it. I emailed photos of the chair and their website pictures to show the VAST colour contrast. After much back and forth they agreed a refund, but wanted to charge me £25 collection fee for a faulty colour chair, I was fed up and frustrated at this point so agreed as I wanted the chair gone.
They then arranged for a collection date on a day I was working without contacting me, hence it was never collected.
So in all customer service stinks and the product is NOTHING like what it shows on the website.

The dining chair which you had ordered only comes in one colour / shade, you asked to return and we didn't have an issue with. However you failed to respond to our emails which had the shipping label attached to, then you contacted us a week later to say you didn't receive anything and it clearly was displayed on our email thread. However in your review you have noted that we had booked you in for a date which you were at work?

My chairs arrived exactly when they said they should. I got a phone call the previous day from AF furniture telling me when they would arrive and the very polite and helpful young man (didn’t get his name) put the very large boxes in the hall for me. Thank you for a magnificent service.

Great furniture company
I had been searching around for the best deal on a specific dining chair set. Called Andy at AR furnishings and he was great, organised next day DPD delivery and called after to make sure everything went well and we were happy with our purchase!
I'd definitely recommend them
