they did nothing but give me a hard time about my returns after many emails I gave up so they have about 130.00 of my money but I have no products.. very unethical company

Beautiful website- grabs you and gets you excited about the items and the designs- you can't wait for the product to arrive--- BUT--- YOU WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT! My packages- yes, multiple came over a month after purchase and delivered with a return address and name that didn't even have Arealook on the package.
You forgive the delivery time because you are so excited about the product- ONLY to open up the package to find no packing list, no shipping documents and product that LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE...NOTHING! When I looked at the product I didn't even recognize it to what I purchased--and, the quality is horrible!
How this site is able to stay online is a shock to me!
I worked through their customer service to return the items. They totally ignored my first email. Then after resubmitting an email to their Customer Service they wanted all of the information from a packing list or order number which was NOT included with the shipment. They don't want returns and from what I am reading from other customers attempting returns a return isn't going to happen.
I had both my personal and business computers hacked just before and after my order with this SHAM company- I feel like I have been a victim of hacking and now a victim of this bogus company Arealook!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Only thing here for a buyer is stress, anguish and less money in your account where you get junk delivered from who knows where!

The company should be shut down.
When you order, you don't know it is from China, the wait time is ridiculous, they ship separately so it takes even longer. My items took over 5 wks, none of which when ordered were on back order.1st package arrived damaged, I was able to get into it to search for return info which there was none, I opened 2 items and the quality was beyond cheap, the smell of the fabric was horrendous. I promptly taped package as it should have been and refused and returned to USPS.
The following 2 packages I refused and returned as well. USPS followed protocol, scanned refused and returned. One had a Calif address that was accepted a few days later.
When I complained I was told I did not return to proper address and they would give me only 50% of returned items.
They never acknowledge your legitimate concerns or documentation, just a half assed...sorry if this is an inconvenience.

They also said the tracking numbers that I took from their packages were unable to be found.
I am disgusted, they are pathetic and I will continue trying to get what they owe me, a full refund.
I have never had quite an experience like this and can hardly believe that they are able to get away with this.
They blatantly take your money and refuse to refund when warranted.
NEVER NEVER order from this place!!!!!!!
In addition the credit card company did not back their loyal customer either, so I know what card I will NO LONGER have in my wallet.

The merchandise was of poor quality. I followed all the direction on this return. They responded it will take 7 to 10 days. To date 6/28/19 I still have to see a credit to my account. Consumers beware this is a sham. They must re reported to small business bureau and shut down their site. Choose the more reputable sites like Zulily.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothing. Their items are junk. I was told to return them to Jimmy in California. Then they said I shouldn’t have sent them to Jimmy. They give you the run around. They ask you to find the SKU. Don’t they know it? Long story short, after over a month of trying to return them, they only wanted to return $60 vice the $135.96. Luckily for me I ordered through PayPal. A few hours after escalating it with PayPal I had my refund in my account. They are awful. Please don’t deal with them. Not worth your time.

I am actually going out of my way to write this review because this shirt is worth every bit of 5 stars.The quality of dress that i bought here is great. Material is not too thin, yet it flows nicely. I have always been skeptical of buying clothes online but happy that I purchased it.

The clothes do not look like the pictures and I ordered large as I’m usually a 14 uk size !! Still too smal !! When I enquired about returning I kept being asked for various codes and after a long drawn out process was then told they only accepted returns by certain companies so would have cost me £160 !!! I feel I have been cheated out of £120 and the dresses I ordered look nothing like the glamorous pictures !!!! Very disappointed ☹️

This is the perfect maxi dress ever. It really fits me. This dress is definitely one of my new favorites! It's so classy and comfortable to wear. I love the pattern and the size. Its perfect for the spring abd summer. The fabric is not to thin not too thick, its perfect.
I definitely highly recommend this dress.

I should have read the reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered two items and over 20 days ago and have yet to receive them. I haven’t even received an update email
Of any kind. They did take my money right away though. I’ve sent emails and they were never answered. Looks like I’ll have to file a fraud claim against them just to try and get my money back. This “business” needs to be closed.

Do Not Buy this cheaply, too small, fake clothing.
The customer service play game with you to prevent from sending you a refund if you request it. They tell you to send the merchandise to “Jimmy” in California and then write you stating you sent the merchandise to the wrong address. These people are a scam and watch your credit card. Once I charged the merchandise using my credit card a week later I noticed unauthorized charges in “California”.

TERRIBLE MATERIAL . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY . THE DELIVERY TAKES MORE THAN 15 BUSINESS DAYS . TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE IS VERY DIFFICULT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING WHICH COST MORE THAN THE ITEM YOU BUY.

It's a 100% crooked business! Don't buy anything from this company!!!
They offer a totally fake address in CA! Nobody ever answers the phone! The list price is tricky. The quality they offer is worse than a ten-year-old girl's first try to sew something for her doll! There is no brand label, no washing instructions attached! If you return your order, THEY WILL HOLD YOUR REFUND FOREVER !!!! I wish I could give them 10 minus black stars!!

If I could rate zero star I would. Horrible quality and chemical smell. I saw there pictures on Instagram and I thought, "why not, it's cheap and it's very pretty". Today I can't get a refund from this seller based in China. So so angry!!

Pure afzetterij. Onbekwame mensen die nauwelijks kunnen communiceren.
Ik bestelde 6 items begin maart, zagen er mooi uit op foto.
Eind april kreeg ik op 2 verschillende dagen telkens 1 pak met 1 item, waarvan dan nog 1 item dat ik niet besteld had, het andere van slechte kwaliteit. De overige items zijn NOG steeds niet aangekomen. Tientallen mails gestuurd, het ene antwoord al gekker dan het andere. Nu zeggen ze me dat ik zelf moet op zoek gaan naar mijn bestelling????? Want het is vertrokken bij hen!!

i have to give one star to be able to leave a review.. wish you had negative stars. I made the mistake and did not read reviews for the Arealook website. I ordered some dresses and naturally they were not going to work the sizing was drastically off. I went to the return & exchange link to begin the return process and it is now over 2 weeks and after 2 attempts to complete the form as instructed I suppose I'm now out of luck and will not be returning these dresses.
I wanted this to work out I guess I was wrong

The fabric is completely see through and the worse quality. Looks NOTHING like the photo. It has taken me 3 months to try to return it. Be careful with this company

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I agree with all the 1 star reviews. It took forever to get 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. They both were way too small. When I asked about the return policy they recommend to keep them since shipping is too high and promised a small credit, which I still have not received. I am still waiting for another shirt. I emailed them today to cancel the order. Waiting on reply to see if they are willing to give me my money back.

Terrible quality and worst customer service experience.
Junkie material and off the wall sizes.
