Aureliushub is unlicensed. I only found that out after I had already handed over a large chunk of my money. By then, my account access had been cut off entirely. The agency in my displayimage handled my case professionally and made sure I wasn't left empty-handed. Aureliushub are dishonest and should be avoided.
Aurelius hub are definitely an investment scam as well as ShieldWallet.app.
We first got involved with Aurelius Hub in about October 2025, everything was great. The broker was friendly and talked a lot with my husband about but to trade place trades and when to sell etc. he was basically teaching him and answering any questions my husband had. Then in January he talked to us about an SMSF, with how well everything was going we went all in. By February, my husband asked for a small withdrawal from the trading account and that’s when everything started to unravel. Straight away they stopped trading in my husbands account. Then the broker said he was under investigation for AML, so all clients acccounts were frozen until the investigation was over. The broker said it was all fine, he had nothing to hide and it was a jealous coworker putting in the accusation. Meanwhile we are contacted by their financial team telling us they had to give us our money. To essentially close the accounts whilst the investigation was underway. We had no idea what was going on. They walked us through opening a crypto wallet, BitShield.me and transferred our funds into it. Now we had to pay BitShield a synchronisation fee to ensure our money was synchronised to our bank account to ensure our bank account was legit. This would then trigger a release on our money. We did. Then we had to pay a gas fee, which is like a transaction fee. We did. Then were told BitShield.me had rebranded to ShieldWallet.app and lost our synchronisation details. We had to pay the synchronisation again. We did but it got lost and they are still requesting the fee. However by now we have spent all our life savings and had taken out a loan to retrieve the money and we still haven’t seen a cent. And they are still holding our super money.
We have been in hell for the last 2-3 months. Everything was fine for awhile. We got daily updates and chats with a very friendly bloke. Then in January we decided we would withdraw a small sum and that's when it all came down hill.
We were first contacted by somebody we had never spoken to before who advised they would be closing our account and we could no longer trade and they had to send us all our money. Having no idea what was going on and totally not understanding what was happening, we were belittled. The guy even called my husband an idiot. They transferred our money into a crypto wallet, which we could not access unless we paid more money. We did this and what do you know, there was another excuse and we were told to pay more money, we stupidly did that too. Only to then be told, there was another issue and we need to pay more money. When we explained we had no more money, we were humiliated for not having any savings. Needless to say we have not paid the 3rd request of money. Then the finance manager got on the phone to my husband and screamed down the phone at my husband and called him so many names. Then has been harassing him with messages about sending the money.
We are at our wits end and this has caused a huge distress to our family as we have lost all of our savings.
The phone numbers and emails listed on the website do not get answered and return undelivered.
