Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started.
They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price.
On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.

Having just changed from our original Management Company, we found Arden to be extremely helpful with communication excellent and friendly.

We had arranged a viewing for a property they are marketing this morning and they emailed around 30 minutes before that it had been cancelled. I was travelling from London and only saw the email when I reached the address. When I inquired they said the vendor had cancelled the viewing. What about the time I spent getting to the location and returning back?

The decision to opt for Ardent was an easy one. The stats on their sales in the area were way above any other agent.
From the initial meeting with Tony at Ardent in Hodge Hill, through the house sales process, and final completion, the communication was excellent.

Having used Arden at the Barnt Green office for the first time i can only say it was the best choice i made to sell and buy our home.
