No star. Please do not buy anything from this company. I think it is a front for a Chinese company selling poor quality goods. You will not get a refund or a proper response - only from a robot named Mich. Hope to report to Trading Standards or whoever can stop this company taking money from honest folk likes of you and me.

Avoid this company. I ordered a BLACK jumpsuit a grey piece of tat arrived wrong size, very poor quality. After countless attempts to get an address to return for a full refund I have given up They said I had to pay for return postage even though it was totally the wrong product and size
My time is worth far more than arguing with the worst company I’ve ever dealt with I reluctantly accepted 40% refund which hasn’t arrived and I’ve thrown the rag in the bin. Shame on you Arden Blyth or whoever the hell you are 😡😡😡😡😡

Please avoid this company at all costs. I have waited until I received my 20% refund on an order before writing this review as I was still sceptical that it would arrive. The quality of the products are extremely low. So much so that my daughters thought the items of clothing were a joke!!! They bear no resemblance to the photos or the description on the web site. Returns to china( I checked the address I was given & it looks like an old shack) were expensive and unless they are guaranteed there is no refund, so I cut my losses and accepted 20% refund.
Please don’t waste your money ordering through this company

A jump suit size 10 top but about a 14 bottom. Dreadful quality. Tacky finish
I asked for a refund but they didn’t want the suit back and would not give return details. They offered 10% compensation as a goodwill gesture and eventually, after 2 weeks, offered 20%. By this time it was too late for me to return within their 30 day limit as it was to go back to China.
Bad advertising. Very bad product. Absolutely nothing positive to say

I ordered via Facebook (lesson learnt, never again) as the company appeared to be a UK company and it is only once you have paid and the lengthy delivery process commences that you can see that the item is coming from CHINA. I ordered a ring which was described as 'Silver with Gold threads'. When it arrived, it was clearly made from a flimsy base metal that had 'threads' pressed into the metal and the gold colour over-painting was so poor that from a distance I could see that it was nothing more than paint. I immediately sent an email to the address provided and received a response requesting photographs; I responded immediately with very clear close up photos of the item, then didn't hear anything from 11th September until 3rd October, having chased them by email. At first I was offered a 10% refund, which I immediately rejected and asked for their UK address to which to return the item; then received an offer of a 15% refund. Again said I wanted to return for a full refund. Have now received an offer of 20% which is still unacceptable and I have received an almost sinister warning about trying to return to CHINA. When I tried to fill in the Customs From, the address given does not exist! This is a complete SCAM and the only option available to me now is to attempt a charge back from my credit card.

Actually no stars. I received my order - a very shoddy item, poor material and workmanship and dreadful size. I have now written 4 times asking how to return it and, apart from asking for photos, no response. Why do they need photos when I gave them my order number? They'll be waiting to tell me i'm out of time to return it.

A bought a bag from this co. The quality was not good. The bag looked very cheap and it took to long to deliver. The web page didn’t say it was being from china! When I tried to find out about returning the item. They kept asking unnecessary questions. And responded extremely slowly. . I gave up in the end and have bag which I am no happy with! Will never this company again

DO NOT USE - lesson learnt and wish I had checked the reviews here. Dungarees arrived and look nothing like the picture. They did everything to delay me sending them back highlighting the postage costs to offering a discounts from 10 - 20%. But Mich who I think must be a bot did keep sending me "much love" in his emails - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - ps they give the impression they are based in London they are a long way away in China.......

This seller presents itself as a UK-based business, while the goods supplied are shipped from China and are of significantly lower quality than advertised.

I received an item that materially differs from the description, photographs and quality represented on the platform. It also has apparent manufacturing defects, including visibly uneven stitching and unacceptable workmanship.

The item appears to be a cheap imitation rather than a genuine branded product. I have serious concerns regarding its authenticity and the accuracy of the seller’s representations.

This is extremely concerning and is not what customers should reasonably expect when purchasing through your platform.

Please investigate this seller and this specific order urgently, verify the authenticity and origin of the goods, and take appropriate action to prevent potentially fraudulent or misleading activity on your platform.

False advertising . Horrendous quality. Impossible return . Stay away from shopping with this company

Absolutely 100% agreed with what the other reviews state. It says 30 day money back guarantee. They take ages to respond, offer a discount on the item although you don’t want it as it doesn’t fit or cheap quality material. I’ve spent almost two weeks ping ponging emails. I can see I’m never going to get my money back. Stay away from this company. I think we need to put this on social media

When it did, it was the most peculiar shape and did not fit
Tried to get a refund, but they just kept coming back with useless e-mails offering me 10% refund and keep the item, what use is at item that doesn't fit.
Replies sometimes took weeks.
If i want to return for a full refund (which I doubt I would get anyway) I have to pay International P&P and customs fees so it's not worth it.

Bought a pr of shoes from them online and when they came they were too small. Messaged them straight away asking if I could return. They answered me vertually straight away asking If I could send a photo of the size. It was then I realised that they had sent the pr out two sizes too small. Put that in reply. I had no response at all. Sent another message a few days later. Still no response. It was only then I checked to see their reviews. All extemely poor. I will go via my visa delta to see if they can refund. Keep away from them

Arden and Blythe refused to refund a faulty item. Three times they offered a discount on an unwearable item. Finally, they stopped responding to emails.

Terrible quality. Do not waste your money. The shoes are unwearable and its doubtful you'll get refunded.
Its a case of more Chinese crap. 🤬🤬🤬

I bought a dress which was advertised as linen reduced from£85.99 to £35.99 in the sale,30 day money back guarantee. When it arrived it was piece of Chinese rubbish not worth a £5 , they offered me a 10 per cent cash refund or l had to pay shipping to send back to China, in the end l managed to get 20 per cent refund. Do not buy from them, they are not an honest firm, they deserve NO stars but it was the only way l could up a review

I ordered an item that was not like the dress in the picture and what I call a tablecloth was delivered my experience with this company has been nothing like the reviews. Happy to share the photos I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience as me . Happy to include photos but it won’t allow

Terrible . Nothing like the photos . The reviews on their web site are obviously fake . Do not spend money on this site ! You can not return as they come from China and go completely quiet and don’t answer emails . It’s a scam .

Item incorrectly sized and the material was nothing like the heavy cotton in the image. I have emailed them twice on the returns policy and nothing back at all. appears to be a scam company with lovely stock images and then cheap alternatives being delivered. avoid avoid
