Do NOT buy from this place. I bought three hoodies after seeing it on Instagram and my experience has never been so bad before. One hoodie was sent separately and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The hoodie was was super thin and had labels from china. I’m being serious, shein has better products then what I received. The other two hoodies haven’t even arrived yet and it’s been a month and a half. I emailed the company and got no reply for three weeks before I finally got a reply where they told me the package had been lost and they are resending it, that was 2 weeks ago and it’s still not here. I complained about the quality on their instagram and email because the price for what I recommended is a crime in itself and I got no attempts to reconcile, no refunds, no discounts or vouchers or anything just a “Sorry you feel that way”. Seriously, save your money and don’t trust any of the reviews in the actual website.

Don’t buy from this place
Don’t buy from this place. First of all it’s fake. Secondly when you try to send it back because it’s in Norway it’s costs a fortune and they don’t provide labels. Then they gave me the wrong return address and wanted me to repeat the process. Worst customer service. Lost over £60 for nothing.

Bad quality…
I ordered one of the zip hoodies and it took 16 days. The quality is really bad and it looks nothing like the pictures. It costs way to much compared to the quality. I’m super disappointed..

Very disappointed all lies
Item took almost 1 month to arrive! Then it came from China without any labels on the clothes! Sizing is definitely off, Very badly made, cheap quality. I feel ripped off as they the address they want me to return it too is China although this company is in Norway. Very bad experience definitely won't use again.

long delivery time, poor quality, no returns possible
Order was not shipped for 2 weeks, I have canceled it. 2 Days later tracking-information were provided. Delivery arrived, acc. to label from address in Germany. Sizing of throuser is bad and it smelled, very poor quality. Return was declared and I expected that the return costs would be covered (as canceled and bad quality). But I had to return on my own costs (ca. 20 €), currently return-parcel stucks in customs in Norway, recipient will not care to receive my return.
I would give 0 stars if possible! Never again!!!

THEY WON’T ACCEPT RETURNS OR SIZE CHANGES
After spending more than 100€ and showing pictures proving the incorrect sizes of the pants with respect to their size chart, they still didn’t accept to change my pants. I was not asking for any refund, simply to change sizes but still this mediocre online company happened to be exactly what it seems to be. Chinese badly manufactured pants payed over triple whatever similar you can find in other shops.

Can you give less than one star? That would be the right review for this company and brand. The product I received not even close what was in the picture or described. Basically everything went wrong and was handled extremely poorly.
