Sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than stated on the website. I can see that you placed your order with us on the 3rd July at 4.39pm local Melbourne time.
This order left our warehouse on the 4th July with Australia Post standard shipping. The delivery time we show on the website is the information Australia Post provide. In 95% of cases they deliver within the 3-6 business days for standard shipping, but for some reason something has gone wrong. Which is out of our control.
Hopefully we will see you back shopping with us in the future.

I paid for
I placed order on tuesday midday the 10th june and paid for Express shipping and still have not received package.
Edit: have just recieved package today which is the time frame of the normal shipping timeframe

Thank you for your review. I just had a look into your order. I can see that you picked Australia Post Express as your shipping method.
You placed your order on Wednesday 11th June and this order left our warehouse the same day. This order was delivered to a residential property today 16th June (left in a safe spot).
We don't have any control over Australia Post and their time frames and also if something gets hold up from their end.

Happy to hear that the order arrived. I'm sorry to hear that it didn't arrive quick enough. I can see that the order was placed on Wednesday around 2pm and we packed this order the same day (Express Shipping) and Australia Post picked it up from us on Thursday morning. It then travelled from VIC to your state (rural area according to Australia Post) on Thursday night and then transferred to your local depot on Friday night.
I would assume Australia Post don't deliver on weekends, that is why you probably received it on the Monday.
I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the speed of the delivery. But freight is out of our control, and sometimes things might be delayed. I still think you received it in a timely manner due to the weekend. It did have to fly across the country.
