J'ai téléchargé un fichier chez eux. J'ai suivi les instructions de téléchargement et d instruction d écriture. Au lancement ,error failed!!
J ai contacté par mail arcade system plusieurs fois afin d obtenir de l'aide.
Aucune réponse , j'ai envoyé mon premier mail le 18 mai nous sommes le 24 mai. Si je n'ai aucun retour je demande un remboursement demain via PayPal. Je suis dégoûté , soit disant plug and play avec assistance en cas de problème , ça n'est pas le cas du tout . Franchement n'importe quoi , les téléchargements sont tres longs car ce sont des fichiers très volumineux , on y passe du temps pour rien.

I purchased the 8tb retrobat download and it is excellent! I have purchased several other premade drives from other sources, and none have been as good as this one. most are complicated and use other software like joytokey etc and if any of the software or configurations get messed up good luck fixing it yourself. this drive is just retrobat with the roms and controls already setup. I have an xtension arcade panel from recroommasters and everything worked right away. i did not have to change any controls! that is huge. other drives I had to edit the controls for each different system, not this drive. Another thing the other retailers I bought drives from cost way more and I got a worse product. I am not paid and I am no way affiliated with this company other than I purchased their product. i was so happy to finally have the right drive for my arcade cabinet that worked perfectly that I reached out to the company and offered a testimonial, and they said I could write one here. I am a real person and customer.

I use to think was good but now I realise it's wrong. Your unlimited life access to the cloud drives are only 24 months. They blame the people that abuse the system and take out on customers. This is not fair or right, its also faulse advertising. Owner can be very rude.

Bottom line it's not fair on taking it out on the customer's for sake of odd few that spoil it for others. People buy unlimited life time access and should be honoured it. My drive was sorted after a long winner argument with them, but next time who knows hence reason why I'm putting this review hard drives don't live for ever and to take it out on loyal customers needs to stop

Des jeux marche pas ou ne sont pas installer. Pas top du tout et pas de windows installé .et pas vraiment du tout plug and play . Décevant

i brought vip and well i wish i had not... the service i have recieved is terrible, slow download speeds... very lapse in support... i asked for stuff never got it... had a lot of excuses from them... i have seen little suport for people on there discord and lots of requests i saw un answered and people having to ask several times... on top of this poor service there ticket system on site i had issues too

Fully customizable, just take time to learn how file manager or the command line window work and you will feel rewarded.

I optimized duke nukem and doom to hd res, added impossible game to play such as shining force 3 scenario 2-3 english fan translated. Same goes for phantasy star generation 1 and 2 or dragon force 2 , grandia, policenauts, princess crown.
All playable in english when they were never released here...you get the idea

Am 23.02.25 zwei Produkte bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt. Eine Antwort bekommen, man solle sich auf einer DL Seite einloggen, und dann den Loginnamen senden, um Zugriff zu bekommen. Das habe ich gemacht.
Mittlerweile 6 emails geschrieben in denen mein Loginname übermittelt wurde.

Ich habe keinen Zugriff auf die bestellten DLs belommen, auch keine Antworten auf meine EMAILS.

I purchased several images about 1.5 weeks ago, and things went so well that I decided to go ahead and purchase one of the twenty-five VIP memberships that they were offering. On the first builds, I followed their instructions and downloaded the 1.5TB and 4TB images within 36 or so hours, which seems exceptional IMO. I had a couple of hiccups, but their email response time has typically been 1- 3 hours during the day, and they got me back on track quickly. I am extremely pleased and look forward to new builds when they are released!

Always responded quickly and provided help when needed. You won't find service like this anywhere!

My experience with ArcadeSystems has consistently met expectations, and the support team has been exceptionally prompt and efficient in addressing my needs.

I have bought stuff from this company for a few years now. And everything has worked great and if issues happen just send an email and they help you, it also helps to be patient they have lives too. I have bought 5 drives in the past from them and also online access. They have a lot to choose from and it’s worth it for the quality and service.

Great layout and fast response time if you have questions. I had a few download speed issues and they quickly resolved them and followed up to make sure everything was working as intended. I've been scammed by others before but these guys are the real deal.

Very good product, contact the company as I wanted to purchase more at the discount price that is still advertised on the website but told the offer has finished but 2 weeks on and no change to website
