Asked a question bout the 150tb download. The response I got back didn't answer my question. Asked another 3 question about the T&C's, got zero response. The fact they have T&C's for "selling" (renting access for 2 years) access to their server full of roms that are illegal to "sell" should ring alarm bells for everybody. If it doesn't maybe the fact that they reserve the right to cut off your access at any time they choose too.

You have left a silly 1 star review because we ignored your email. 😂️
 
YOU DONT HAVE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. Don't like our rules and regulations? Go else where. 
 
We have been running for 8 years and have 1000's of happy customers who are alll laughing at your stupid review.
 
We don't actually remove access but as any company does, we have to be careful and have rules and restrictions in place should we need to enforce them. 
 
You must be a very sad individual to take your time to leave a one star review when you haven't even made a purchase and have that little knowledge that you had to ask "how does this 150TB download work".

Arcadesystems est très sérieux. Le service est très professionnel. Les pack.s de jeux, la configuration des systèmes est superbes même si parfois il faut y faire quelques réglages. Il serait impossible de faire seul ce système d'arcade sauf avec de grandes connaissances. Merci pour votre service qui est au top.

The perfect type of service. I purchased what I needed, delivery came quickly (I believe within 24h) and all the file contents works as expected. No fiddling around after this.

There was an honest mistake with the download but arcade systems sorted it straight away.In all honesty a very positive experience.If I were to add another build to my collection I would defiantly purchase from arcade systems & will recommend to my friends as well.The build is awesome after a few tweaks but all setup guides were included which made it a breeze.

Told them what i was wanting, they were open and honest with me and guided me to purchase just what i needed.

Poor service. After initially connecting to their FTP, I have not been able to connect since. Nothing support has done has helped.

Their FTP uses an insecure connection.

I wouldn't recommend paying for this service. If you do, download it all in one go and don't expect to allowed to access your downloads again.

Communication was good within 1-2 business days. Bought the VIP membership just didn’t like the process they use to limit what you can download at what time. I guess they have a lot of people trying to resale their stuff. Just sucks having to pay the consequences for the idiots and thieves out there. Overall an excellent amazing group of products would def recommend and would purchase again!

Compré la compilación teknoparrot+, lightgun..
Lo descargué y monte la imagen en un disco duro SSD.
El problema es que muchos juegos de teknoparrot no funcionan..
Algunos como el Rambo están en la carpeta teknoparrot roms però no aparecen en el lanzador..
Actualicé el teknoparrot y sorpresa luego me pide código de registro

I havent seen any information that I will have accès only at 3 at a time build only for the VIP access

The instructions were great and they were thorough. The files were easy to download and installed without a hitch. The video instructions covered pretty much everything I needed or wanted to know about the download process and the installation and set up of the files, games and utilities.

Great customer service and awesome content!!
