Dear Mr. Turner,

I am writing to you directly as the Managing Director to address your review. We are genuinely disappointed to receive a 1-star rating, particularly because it does not accurately reflect the service provided or the extensive communication we have shared with you.

We pride ourselves on transparency and fairness, and we feel it is important to clarify the facts regarding your order and the subsequent interactions:

Phone Communication: Your claim that you could not speak to someone in authority is incorrect. Our customer service team spoke with you over the phone on multiple occasions to discuss your concerns.

Email Correspondence: Every email you sent has been thoroughly investigated and answered. Our management team sent you a highly detailed, personalized response outlining the entire timeline of your order, acknowledging the initial system confusion, and answering every question you raised.

Complete Fulfillment: Your item was delivered well within your requested timeframe and fully assembled on-site by our team. The product was received in perfect condition, exactly as purchased.

We understand there was a brief miscommunication regarding the assembly note prior to delivery—for which we sincerely apologized and immediately rectified—as well as an inconvenience regarding the driver's temporary need for a WiFi connection to access the digital assembly manual.

However, because the physical goods and the assembly service were fully delivered to our high standards with no actual problem to the product itself, we had to respectfully decline your request for financial compensation. It feels deeply unfair to our hard-working team to receive a 1-star review simply because we declined to offer a post-delivery refund on an order that was successfully fulfilled and built exactly as promised.

We always strive to support our customers with care and integrity, and we ask for fairness in return.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found our ordering process easy and that your product arrived ahead of schedule.

However, we are genuinely sorry to learn about the frustrations you experienced during assembly. We take quality control very seriously, and it is disappointing that the instructions, pre-drilled holes, and part sizings did not meet our usual high standards.

Having reviewed our system, we have no record of any prior emails or communication from you regarding these issues. We want to emphasize that our customer service team is always here to assist. Had we known you were facing these difficulties, we would have acted immediately to help guide you through the assembly or send out replacement parts for anything that was cut incorrectly.
