Good Discounts
The fact that Arabian Oud do have occasional discounts (lately 40%) makes the product more affordable for a fragrance that may not usually be available due to cost.

My order was delivered very quickly by a friendly courier. I ordered a different fragrance and yet again I am hooked on it. I ding have a store near me so ordering fragrances can be a bit hit and miss, however, I have yet to be disappointed in anything I have purchased from Arabian Oud, it really is my favourite company.

The scent is faultless .
The scent is faultless .. the most beautiful scent ever .. previous to me ordering this one I recently bought another one from Arabian Oud store and had it presented in the most beautiful box .. which is expected when you’ve just paid nearly £300 for it. But this one came in a plain box and damaged packaging.. the bottle was intact so it was ok. Still.. not great when you’ve just paid another £300

Delivery is quite expensive and paying for extra tax is quite expensive. My parcel was not delivered on time. I’ve been shopping at Arabian Oud for the last 10 years but I was quite disappointed.

Needs process improvement - the perfume and oud is of high quality
I found it really strange that I had to email requesting confirmation of my order as I didn't receive any confirmation after the purchase. This is something they need to work on.
The product itself is of high quality and as expected.
