I called at 9 am today and got an answerphone message saying the office is closed, leave a message and we'll get back to you when we reopen, not saying when - next week?. This is supposed to be an emergency line.

Called Aquatec as we were experiencing problems with our underfloor heating, right from the start they gave they gave confidence in knowledge and more importantly they would agree a date and be there. After 1 visit the problem was diagnosed and a follow up date was given with what parts would be needed and what the costs would be. Carl arrived when Stephanie said he would replaced the parts checked everything and so far very pleased. Having called a number of plumbers and a number of no shows I would not hesitate to use Aquatec again.

After reading reviews on Trustpilot I called Simon at Aquatech as my boiler stopped working and I had no hot water. There was an error code on the boiler which I told Simon. He said it would be one of 2 things but could not come out today, Saturday, but could first thing Monday if that was ok. He arrived early Monday as he said he would and with in 90 mins had fixed the problem. This included him going and getting the part required. Very pleased with the service and priced as I expected since I did some research before he arrived on the Monday. Have booked him for another job as well.

Carl from Aquatec installed our underfloor heating system over 9 years ago and we have never had any problems and we use them to service our boiler and the heating system. We recently experienced a loss of pressure in the downstairs taps. Carl quickly responded, identified the problem and fixed it within half an hour.

Aquatech performed the agreed work swiftly and efficiently - only a few days elapsed between me calling the company and the work being done. I was billed the same as the amount that was quoted. Aquatech's employee turned up bang on time on the agreed date and knew exactly what to do. He was very polite and nice to have a chat with for a few moments. I am vey happy with the quality of the work that was done on this occasion. I will definitely use Aquatech's services again in the future.

I had three quotes from other companies all saying straight away I needed a new boiler.
However, when Paul arrived, within ten minutes advised not to condem the boiler straight away.
He advised to try a new PCB before anything else.
He managed to get one the next day, and, within a couple of days it was repaired and done the trick.
This saved me approx £2500, which was a great result.
He was totally honest and upfront, which was a nice change.
I have since had a couple of other jobs done to a high standard.
I would definately recommend Aquatech to anybody else looking for a genuine tradesman.

Nice to deal with an honest straight talking tradesman. Paul and his team reacted very quickly to my boiler issue, no mess or fuss and to have my heating fixed within 48 hours of my phone call, I can't them enough.

We had all the readiators replaced in our house and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The work was carried out during the recent cold snap and Paul placed two fitters on the job to ensure that we had heating before the weather really turned. Had our heating serviced by Aquatech recently. Quick to book, person who came was polite and friendly. Did the job very well. We have also had our downstairs cloakroom and family bathroom re-done by Aquatech. Great work done. Friendly people, suggested ideas that worked out well and we are very happy with both of them.

Aquatech is run by Paul Husk. I have used the firm for about the last 6 years and have used no one else in that time. My house has one of the more complicated hot water setups imaginable, complete with underfloor heating loops and multiple manifolds. The vast majority of plumbers and/or heating engineers would give up when faced with the complexity of such a system. Paul's knowledge is superb, he has sorted multiple issues over the years, including leaks from the underfloor heating loops (involving digging up tiles and chiseling through concrete) as well replacing a hot water cylinder, faulty pumps, leaking pipes etc. I haven't had the best luck with my hot water system, but it is very large and complicated. Paul's work has been exemplary throughout and none of his repairs have ever needed to be fixed again. A nice man running a great firm!
