Ive recently just bought a few things from Aquascutum knowing that its been a top brand or at least in the past. I bought a few size small long sleeve polo shirts big check etc and noticed they were all at least a size medium. When I buy a certain size I expect to get that. Not something the next size up. So I noticed they've got big baggy collars rather than it being fitted into your neck. And I also noticed they were all made in China. Thats just a big no no from me as you know the quality is going to be piss poor. Il be moving onto other brands now. When you sell the compnay out to China. Expect to lose money. Il be buying anything but Aquascutum from now on.

Very poor customer service. Take ages responding and when they finally do, they basically dance around the questions you've been asking them for the past 4 emails. They seem clueless. Won't be using them and to be honest, their clothing is cheaper on other sites. Total waste of time. Don't bother with them and completely avoid.

so far very bad ,they are not able to accept and progress my returned item !!!! paid with klarna and just informed klarna about the return !!! they keep telling me to close the dispute with klarna before they accept my return!!! there was no dispute in the first place just the information to klarna will return the item that they hold my payment !!! waste of time so far

I am very happy with my purchase, I got a perfect white shirt for my partner, super fast delivery and great product.

Hi all- I placed an order on 22/01/2024 and paid a delivery fee of £25 - since then I’ve had my delivery rescheduled by fedex 5 times - tried speaking to aquascutum active and they just keep replying every time my order is seemingly placed on a fedex van only to receive a mail from FedEx about 4 hours later giving me a new delivery day .
Absolutely disgusting service especially having paid delivery fee …
My advise if you want any aquascutum shop and buy it in person - it’ll give u more satisfaction than negotiating with aquascutum(based in Italy) & FedEx with neither caring an iota..
