Received my first payout. Although I had to wait one week for the payout to be approved. Account was paused during this time, so I could not trade. I also like using the Deepchart trading platform. Let's see how it goes from now.

I requested a 50k trial account using my reward system points, and I haven't received it to this day. I opened a ticket on the website as instructed, and support said they don't have access to the accounts. Many people on the aquafutures.io Discord server are having the same problem, and when questioned about it, they simply block us, and we can't message anyone on the aquafutures.io team. I demand my 50k account.

I made my profitable days and the payout cycle was met, but Aqua did a migration from projet x to voumetrica which reset all my stats, including profitable days. My payout cycle is now 2 whole weeks away (March 15th). Note: I had already hit my profitable days and could have requested a payout based on the cycle. Support can't help, so now I have to just reset my work all over to get a payout that has now been pushed back by 2 weeks through no fault of my own. To make matters worse, support won't help; Discord is limited, so you can't message for hours. It's all setup for them not to pay you out and for them not to provide support.

I successfully passed the challenge 7 calendar days ago. I contacted support to ask what happens next. I sent all the evidence they requested, but I still haven’t received any response from support. I do not recommend it. The prices do not match reality.

scam company my account was hard breach i never traded more than 5 micro contract on mnq with a 100K instant funded account . never traded news , never loss more than 300 on a day . i dont understand this and i was in profit look my dashboard i have prof

In the crowd of future prop firms, this one has managed to provide an amazing experience at an affordable price. My daughter just received her first payment today. Although the chat support was a bit slow, COO Kyle is specifically praised for his integrity and for ensuring the payout process was completed.

Stay away from this firm, not a serious propfirm.

According to the dashboard my account i had 400 daily drawdown and 900+ overall DD left which made me trade with my usual risk. Account got breached the moment i went to drawdown in a trade.

They banned me from the discord channel and their customer services are very poor

Infelizmente tive um saque negado devido a uma negociação em notícia tendo que um amigo conseguiu receber tendo apenas o valor da negociação descontado
Resumindo estou muito insatisfeita com a empresa e um concelho procurem empresas mais sólidas no mercado

Se tratando de revisão de contas financiadas após metas de lucros atingidos para aprovação de saque a demora é muito grande diferente de outras empresas demora muito para verificação de contas e saques.

I just been with Aqua Futures for a couple of months so far and passed this month.
My experience with them is good and am looking forward to the journey with them.
Kyle the COO has been very helpful with me.
Yes there may be delays but thats expected as just had to bring a new platform out due to loss of Project X but they are working on bringing another platform out soon.

This company is absolutely terrible, and anyone who has dealt with them will see my comment and know I'm right. Terrible support, terrible service, a truly awful company. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Previously i was using them without no stress. Since they changed to the volumetrica platform i feel they are being shaddy and suspicious
Lock discord slowmo for 6 hours
Deliberately ignore messages that is tied to the issue and delete your messages
I feel they lack that transparency
If they are losing money is better to be transparent atleast
I will advise others to avoid them for now
Bought account since on Wednesday can’t even trade it sent mail and various way to reach them no avail

Na conta de teste, tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Porém, ao migrar para a conta funded, começaram a ocorrer erros graves: stops não acionados e falhas na entrada de ordens. Inclusive, o CEO Kyle declarou nos anúncios oficiais do Discord que estavam cientes desse problema e orientou os usuários a abrirem tickets no suporte.
Já estou há mais de uma semana reportando esse bug, mas até agora não houve solução. Primeiro, enviei um ticket no live chat e me disseram para abrir no Discord. Após mais de 72 horas úteis aguardando no Discord, o próprio Kyle informou que os tickets deveriam ser abertos novamente no live chat do site. Desde então, toda vez que pergunto sobre meu ticket, recebo apenas a resposta para aguardar mais 24 horas.
Venho relatar a todos vocês, especialmente aos brasileiros que me acompanham, que o suporte está péssimo e não resolve nada. Até o momento continuo aguardando sem qualquer ação efetiva. Por isso, não recomendo que comprem, pois ficam à mercê da sorte. Se ocorrer qualquer erro, será esse mesmo drama. Além de mim, várias outras pessoas estão relatando exatamente a mesma situação. E, diante de tudo isso, desconfio que a empresa já esteja à beira da ruína.

I have problem with my account and the KYC verification after i passed the evaluation. they don't respond in either mail, website, and discord. Only an automatic respond that you will have a respond. ON discord they closed my ticket without respond and they don't let me create new one

UNREALISTIC rules. Daily loss still on funded account and 40% consistency rule too. Mathematically impossible to hit the goals with 1/2 days, it must be 3 days on their terms! It gets more worse on instant accounts that they still put a 20% consistency rule on instant too which is crazy. The support can’t answer less than 2 hours and most of them look like robotic answers. They can’t answer simple questions or even check what’s happening to the delays on your account. The platform works fast and good to say that you failed on their challenge but when you pass they hold you days and delay everything. In resume: they’re designed to make you fail!

Worst prop firm ever u will see....I hv seen alot of ppl successful meeting the requirements of the aqua futures and still are being denied fr the payout......one of my frnds dashboard says it has 32 or my of consistency rule ....bt he got denied on email by saying he had 42 prcnt of consistency rule....is this the way prop firm should treat there customer....I hope ths firm gets shutdown soon
