Quality products with great service. And I saved over £150.

I purchased a walk in shower and toilet from aquabliss.
I read the reviews prior ordering my units so was a bit unsure .But I was very pleased with my dilivery I recived and found Jonathan very helpful in sorting out my order .I never Write a review but felt with the service that I received I need to .

Next day delivery. Product arrived well packed. The team answered questions and dealt with queries quickly and efficiently. All good

Shower and Bathroom suite looks great. Unfortunately, when the fitter came around to fit the shower - the end screen was damaged (Chipped) and the fittings were missing from the box. I sent an email explaining the situation as I felt the end panel may have been a returned product given its packaging or may have been damaged in the warehouse. The reply I had was:

‘Anything that has been re-wrapped is normally a return or damage to the packaging has led us to need to inspect the item before sending in these two instances we would not send an item with damage to it’.

Clearly, this has not been inspected properly and checks were not made to see if the fitting etc were complete.

Be mindful if the boxes have been cello taped as you may have the same experience as I have had!

Jordan extremely helpful in sorting out a replacement shower which was damaged and did not require the old shower to be collected. The shower, shower tray and glass screen have not been installed yet, but appear to be brilliant quality and excellent prices. Happy customer.

Great customer service - dealt with a problem really quickly and replaced item immediately.

I got in contact with the company to check if the product was in stock. They confirmed that it was, so I ordered online. The item arrived in two days. Excellent service would certainly use again.

Bought bathroom taps, shower & accessories. When I ordered I knew an item had a lead time. Was kept informed by email & phone of the progress, even phoned me to inform me the stock was arriving the next day & would be sent straight out. Items arrived on time & well packaged. I had a problem with a couple of items being faulty (manufacturing errors, not Aquabliss fault). They responded immediately to my email on a Friday, and the replacements arrived by courier on the Monday. Could not ask for better customer service, and prices great too.

After posting my below review I have now had the issue resolved. It's a shame it went the way it did as the products themselves are good. A little better communication without having to be coaxed by the customer would go a long way to make the experience run more smoothly I have upgraded my rating to reflect this.

Old review:
Shower enclosure arrived with 2 legs short and no waste. Still awaiting refund for waste as I had to go buy another one so we could fit the tray ready to tile. Unpacked the glass panels to find that although I ordered and paid for a hinged one they sent a fixed one and I am struggling to get them to sort this out - they are now ignoring my emails. Bad move as (a) I paid by credit card and (b) I work in a solicitors office so this will be sorted one way or another

Great products and services. Item exactly as advertised ,quick and well packaged delivery

I purchased shower screens from aqua bliss. Unfortunately the hinged end panel was defective and despite a replacement hinge being sent the screen finally fell off and smashed into hundreds of pieces. No one was hurt thankfully. Aqua bliss wanted me to pay for the new style end panel as well as the cost of hiring someone to fit the new panel. I purchased a replacement panel but that wasn’t as described on the website (product and picture didn’t match). Bad product and customer service. If you supply a defective product the minimum should be supplying a replacement. The website should also accurately show products.

Aqua bliss isn't a company, it appears to be the trading name of a individual. The website doesn’t say who Aqua Bliss is (none of the legal info about the business is there). Aqua Bliss Limited has been recently dissolved at Companies House. One of the former Aqua Bliss Limited directors now appears to be trading as “Aqua Bliss”. Aqua bliss should be transparent on its website about who/what it is.

If you have an issue with Aqua Bliss and don’t get anywhere see if your credit card company can help you. My product didn’t match its description and a credit card company can me exercise my consumer rights. Aqua bliss were really unhappy when I suggested I would get my credit card company to help, suggesting trying to exercise my consumer rights was a crime and they were old report this to the police (?!). Yep. FYI a credit card company will help when you have been supplied with a product which doesn’t match its description.

Buying a shower shouldn’t require all this effort. Shop somewhere else for an easy life and nice people.

Fab service from Thomas, kept me informed of my delivery. Bath is exactly what my son needed for his new home.

I found this company on the net while looking for bathroom furniture, products on Aquabliss seemed to be the best value I could find. I decided to order.
The delivery turned up within 3 days and I can’t believe the high standard of finish and quality of these products.
They also come already built so saves time in building as other products I’ve had have come flat packed.
I would use this company again and recommend to anyone

We ordered a £400 shower enclosure, express delivery. Waited over a week (supposed to be next day delivery), was told it had come in and that it was damaged (no comms to inform). Kept chasing, two weeks later, couldn’t get hold of anyone despite calls and emails. The item NEVER arrived and I had to take up with our bank who thankfully covered us.

Unfortunately we didn’t even think to look at reviews before buying. We soon realised that a lot of people were having the same issue! Interesting that all the recent reviews are so positive all of a sudden.....

Make sure they confirm the agreed price they are taking payment for before giving card details over the phone. We were caught out and have paid more than we were expecting to . Through much emailing and time spent on phone to customer services they stood by the amount taken and will not refund the difference..

Products arrived on time, knowledgeable and friendly staff would go the extra mile. Excellent service would highly recommend to anybodY

DO NOT USE AQUABLISS!
I ordered a double basin unit, this arrived damaged on 3 corners. Upon phoning the company to arrange a refund/return they refused.
Now I have to pay an additional £38 ontop of the £385 I paid for the basin as the sink had to be shipped in from another company so I somehow have incurred these costs!?
After ignoring the ridiculous proposal, I have had debt collectors phoning me!
AWFUL COMPANY
The good reviews on here are lies!

I initially contacted Aquabliss back in September 2019, when I found the walk-in shower enclosure, size and style I was looking for and I received prompt responses and answers to my initial enquiry emails from James. Having received the confirmation and answers I was looking for I then placed an order through their web site, which was very straightforward. I then received confirmation emails to confirm payment had been taken and the order had been successful. I was then advised via email that the order had been dispatched to the pallet company for delivery and that they would be in contact to arrange a delivery time, which they did and a delivery date was agreed. I asked if I could be contacted half an hour before the delivery was due to arrive, as they were unable to give me an exact time. I received a phone call this morning to say they were 15mins away and they then turned up as arranged and dropped off the pallet with the correct items, which were all well packaged and undamaged.
I contacted James later this afternoon to confirm the delivery had arrived and to advise him that I was delighted with the total service I had received. I had been slightly worried after I had placed the order, after I had read a lot of bad reviews, but these worries were unfounded and I can confirm that I would have no hesitation using this company again. Just goes to show you shouldn’t believe everything you read!
