AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Sent bowed shower tray and despite photos said that the picture taken on delivery shows it wasn’t bowed ( the tray was in 2 inches of protective wrapping) after initial response have ignored follow up communication. my guess is they are selling seconds, save your money go somewhere with a decent reputation

Ordered a shower enclosure , but also wanted something that wasn’t on website
The customer service team managed to source this for me to save another delivery cost from another company
The products are top notch and delivery was within 5 days
Will be recommending Aquabliss to friends and family

Very poor aftersales. Product was supposed to have easy-clean glass. Instead the glass had a striped deposit on the glass that made it look dirty. Altersales said they would check with suppliers and since then do not answer emails. I would not use them again.

Excellent service & delivery. Kept informed all the way on despatch & delivery. Unfortunately I had to return the item as it wasn't suitable for the person it was bought for. Again excellent service on refunding the money. Will recommend & use again

Purchased 1200mm Motiv basin unit along with other bathroom furniture.

The Motiv unit is the one that I have a problem with as it hasn’t lasted

Aquabliss now sell this unit with a 15 year guarantee.
Well if you believe that you would believe anything!!!
The drawer units are not sealed around the edges so if there is any spillages or anything that’s the end of it.
The water gets into the mdf which then swells.
After that the laminate on unit cracks.

Unit doesn’t look very nice once this happens!

Spoke to customer services about it and sent emails, at first things looked positive and they were going to look into it for me.

I had to chase a couple of times as they said they was waiting for a response from manufacturers.
It then took over 3 weeks to get manufactures response and they said it was impact damage.
It’s clear from the photos it’s not impact damage!
Spoke to customer service again as I wasn’t happy with response and they fobbed me off with manufacturers details that were incorrect just to give me the the run around I think.
Then spoke to them again and they didn’t want to know!!!
Be warned that their customer service is extremely poor if you have any problems!

I certainly wouldn’t use them or recommend them to anyone now which is a shame as we was really happy with how our bathroom looked when it was new!!!

On calling to place my order the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The items arrived swiftly and I found the products to be good quality at a competitive price

AVOID!! I ordered a shower enclosure and shower from Aquabliss in August, but the shower tray was delivered cracked and the shower was different to what was shown on the website so I requested a refund. They agreed to this and said they'd arrange collection but it's now December and they haven't contacted me since! Customer service has been very poor and argumentative then ignored me. I've raised a credit card claim so hoping to get my money back this way.

I purchased a complete shower unit and fittings and was very pleased with the quality of everything. After a few weeks the chrome waste cover started to loose its chrome plating. I contacted Aquabliss explained the problem and provided photos. Aquabliss prompts contacted the suppliers and arranged for a new waste which turned up the following day.
The whole process took less than 3 days, I can't praise their customer service enough they were spot on.
I would wholeheartedly recommend their products and support.

Delivery arrived in good time after checking the items I was missing a shower tray waste , rang Aquabliss who then ensured a replace the was sent

I recently purchased a shower set from Aquabliss only to find, three weeks after I had accepted the delivery with a visual inspection, that the shower tray was warped.
I contacted Customer Services and was asked, less than six hours later, to submit images, was then informed that the query had been submitted to their supplier. One day later I was informed that the tray would be replaced, and then it was delivered two days later.
From start to finish the process was less than three days, Scott and a Jordan kept me informed at every step, and the problem was resolved without any drama. Excellent Customer Services, thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish , products are better quality that my local bathroom supply and a lot better value.

Firstly, I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with Aquabliss. Aquabliss have sent us a completely different toilet to what was advertised on their web site, then refused to acknowledge the fact. Despite sending them photos of the items with a measuring tape to show size difference etc they are refusing to admit that the wrong goods have been sent and will not arrange to have the unwanted items collected. We are now in limbo with goods we cannot use. Shockingly bad customer service!

I had a great shopping experince with these guys, I was a little unsure about spenind over £1000 on a website but the whole experience from start to finish was really easy. I got great advice and really quick free delivery

This company is amazing, incredibly quick to answer the phone and super helpful confirming stock delivery. The order was received within 2 days and communication on email are superb. Highly recommended.

Horrible company to deal, don’t even know if they/it exists. They/it need reported to the proper authorities. Kept my money for three weeks then emailed to state ‘ITEM DAMAGED BY THE COURIER’ look at previous reviews, how many times they used the same excuse. Only when I threatened them by reporting these cowboys to the fraud squad did I finally get my refund. Please don’t even have a thought of buying anything from these elusive people unless you want a fight to receive your goods or ever get your money refunded. Total cowboys through and through.

To start positively, the products I have have been fine.
However, one item they failed to deliver on three attempts. When the item did arrive it was not remotely what I ordered.
And then came customer services (renamed at Aquabliss as the covering our arses line). Basically (and I could go on because I’m still fuming), no support for the customer at all, Mr Customer Service himself is the rudest man I have ever dealt with (refused to acknowledge Wednesday-Tuesday was a week!), everything was my fault (thought the customer was always right), and actually pushed me to the point of calling him an inappropriate name.
My advice - if you don’t get what you want the first time, cancel your order and buy elsewhere. It really is not worth your blood pressure!

I was slightly unsure after reading the reviews in here. I must say customer service is very poor and The member of customer service (which for some reasons cannot be named) who took my call was very rude. Luckily the order was delivered after I spoke to the couriers, but Aquabliss didn’t bother sending any tracking details, didn’t advise me I had to book the delivery. Don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

This company is happy to say what their records say was dispatched- and then happy to accept not all items were delivered- but then get picky when it doesn’t suit them. If you want a business to avoid refunds for items that weren’t delivered and then make some pretty big assumptions on your behalf - then give these guys a go. Otherwise avoid and go elsewhere
