What is AQ Online?
The ultimate spot for haircare and beauty products online. Shop with ease and convenience for your straight, wavy, curly, coily and kinky hair. Don’t let us convince you! Come and see for yourself.
About AQ Online
AQ online stands for Afro Quarter Online. We are a black-owned company based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. We always had a deep passion for textured kinky hair and a drive to try a range of different products.
After numerous unpleasant experiences both in-store and online. We decided to make a change and create a space for people of colour.
This change was particularly important to us because we wanted to see more people who looked like us sell our products with the right information and knowledge and expertise.
That is why AQ Online was built on the quote "Be the change you want to see"
Our aim
We aim to contribute positively to our community by being a leading black-owned retailer. The black lives matter movement is at the core of what we do and we aim to provide transparency and safe products at your doorstep.

However, I am glad to know that you were able to locate your parcel despite Royal Mail declining the claim.

Second order with many more to come!
Think this is now my second review for AQ but they deserve it! The customer service is second to none. It has the customer service of a small company with the perks of a big company if that makes sense.
