American Passport & Visa International Anmeldelser

I was exceptionally pleased with the services provided by APVI. I needed to renew my passport while I was home in the US for a brief window of time. APVI patiently answered all my questions before, during and after submitting my documents and completing the application. The customer service is fantastic--prompt, helpful, and pleasure to work with. My documents and passport were processed, issued and delivered as promised. I would absolutely use APVI in the future and recommend to friend.

I was extremely grateful to AVPI for their help in expediting the renewal of my passport before an upcoming trip. The process went smoothly and I knew the status of my documents at every step. I hope to plan better in the future and not require their services, but for anyone else in an urgent situation to get a new/renewed passport, I highly recommend them!

Timely and first-rate service. You actually get knowledgable people on the phone who talk you every step of the process - and they deliver on their word!

Extremely helpful with the entire process. Support was very detailed with directions, items needed, how to obtain certain items and directing you to the best option for the time frame that the passport was needed in.

They were highly professional and very quick on a turn around on our Saudi Visas. This is the second time our family has used them and we will again for sure!

Excellent service, my visas were ready in no time.

The people I dealt with were professional and patient explaining all of the steps need to complete the transaction. In fact I will be using them for my less time sensitive processes for my other family members

Just days before an important overseas trip I realized my passport was missing. It was a late Friday afternoon already and the passport acceptance offices in my town close at 3pm.
APVI to the rescue. The two different gentlemen who helped me on the telephone were so kind, and so patient. I was anxious about the time slipping away and they found me a passport acceptance office in a nearby small town local library who stayed open till 5:30pm on a Friday! WHO KNEW???
That meant that I had just enough time to gather my information, get a new photo and get to this library to accept my packet before THEY closed for the weekend.
I just got notification that all went well, and that Fed Ex will be delivering my passport first thing in the morning.
This service costs a bit of money. However, I would have easily paid double or triple that amount to be able to make my flight and my multiple obligations awaiting me.
Thank you APVI

service very favorably acocmplished. some additional contact verifying stages of receipt of fedex subnmissions and timing projection of final receipt / return of documents would help.

I have used APVI for my Passport and Visa Services several times over the last four years. Top class, reliable, courteous service each time. I would recommend Karim and his team anytime to anyone.

Passport arrived early

Submitted my order form and they called the next day to confirm and make sure everything was in order. I don't think it was more than a week and I had my passport at my door! Highly recommend APVI if you need a passport fast, very impressed with their service!

I am working in Saudi Arabia and had to go through the visa process to get my wife to come and live with me here. APVI, more specifically, Mr. Karim Benni, guided me through the confusing process and answered all my questions. He was very prompt and professional in answering my emails and made the process easy. I will definitely recommend APVI to anyone who requires their services, especially my colleagues who are also going to have their spouses join them in Saudi Arabia.

The experience with APVI was exceptional, excellent support handle by professionals

Extremely professional and Fast with quick responses to any and all questions...

Thanks a Ton APVI...

I had a great experience working with APVI Express. Their service was so seamless that I hardly had many interactions with them at all. I dropped off my paperwork. I got a email and a call letting me know when it was ready. and I picked up my passport. It was efficient and easy.

The APVI delivered ahead of the promised schedule! They were readily available to coach me through the process and answer questions along the way. Their follow-up was professional and timely. Anyone needing this service is likely in a stressful situation for one reason or another and APVI does an amazing job and taking the stress out of the challenge at hand.

Quick and efficient

I started my Visa process with other agencies who were unable to answer my questions, nor clarify the process, resulting in several dead ends. I was more confused and frustrated. Then I found APVI. APVI worked with me individually, directed me on how to complete the appropriate paperwork, then walked me through the process answering all of my question. They were a true partner in the process! Highly recommend.
