All of the technicians who have come to…
All of the technicians who have come to the house are wonderful and are professional and courteous. The only thing (and we understand it could be a scheduling thing) is only once has it been the same person. The only other concern is they never same to have up to date information. Such as: We have the basic plus German C R add on 134.00 and the keep telling us we need to add German C R. Our problem has gotten much better and Aptive seems to know just when we need someone to come without having to call. Over all very happy with the service.

The people that comes out to my house is the best The I call for my appointment I got to Argue with them to get my sat appointment that’s only I b home they know that when we did the contract it’s get to the point I tell them end the agreement due to their fault than they find a appointment time One they didn’t show no notice or call

At Aptive, we adjust our treatments based on seasonal conditions, but 15 inches of snow certainly changes how things look from your perspective. I’d really like the chance to review your specific service, confirm what was completed, and make sure it aligned with what should have been done given the weather. If anything missed the mark, we’ll absolutely work to make it right.
I also want to acknowledge the 12 minute hold time. That’s not the experience we want for you. We’re actively working on improving response times so it’s easier to reach us when you need support.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Aptive. The technicians have all been extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They always text up to 30 mins. before they arrive and respond quickly to my texts back. The only minor issue I have is when the appointments are scheduled there is no time frame provided. I would like to know at least a time from 2-4 hours.
