The tech was on our property a total of 12 mins. Pictures sent showing "work completed" and the ground that was supposedly treated and sprayed was not wet in any of the pictures. Nine of the bait boxes were refilled and are all still empty, even though we requested twice for them to be serviced. No attempt was made to service our back yard, even though I was home and spoke to the tech when he arrived. This is our second contract with Aptive. We cancelled our previous one but gave them another try since not many places will service our area. I will not be renewing again.

Omar did a great job

Courteous and Dedicated Staff
Ali from Aptive was courteous, respectful, and thorough. He asked what pest problems needed to be addressed and took care of them. He took his time and took photos of the areas he was spraying. I was very pleased with his work.

Aptive is a very corrupt company
Aptive is a very corrupt company. They provide online sign up that is not clear that payments are a monthly amount even though they only come out 4x year. The service is spotty. Some do a good job while others hurry through and state that eaves and windows were treated when they were not. Stay away from this company.

Aptive does offer monthly payments, which is a customers total annual cost simply broken down into 12 predictable payments while treatments are automatically scheduled based on the selected plan's treatment frequency. This really helps with our customers who live in areas where pests are more prominent, especially during the warmer season, when additional treatments may be necessary. Monthly billing, as mentioned, keeps everything predictable and ensures we're on call for our customers without having to spend extra money.
However, we understand this may not be ideal for everyone, and some may prefer to pay the full amount after each completed treatment.
