Rude ass technician
Would really rate it 0 especially for the technician that came to my house! He was down right rude in a hurry didn't listen to what I had to say. Top that off he sprayed my dog with the chemicals. Didn't show any remorse or give me any clue what to do. All he said is oh I sprayed ur dog. As far as the company it is an ok company.

Termites Killed
We have termite control stations around our property. The previous owner had some termite activity that had been repaired. When they left the termite stations were removed. I thought that maybe the activity was taken care of but out of precaution I decided to have Aptive install new stations. Wow was I glad I did. After just a few months four stations were being hit hard. Thank God I didn't leave our home untreated. Thankful for effective pest control.

Derrell went above and beyond to…AJob well done!
Derrell went above and beyond to perform an outstanding job. He gave 110% which you don’t see very often today. Taking down cob webs in garage, and outside. Spraying every nook and cranny (so to speak), inside and out. Put down little box’s where needed. Was so thorough in his care for my home. Job well done Derrell. My technician was great
My technician was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He listened to my concerns and addressed my pest control needs.
My only complaint is about the customer service. It is difficult for me to schedule as Friday is my only available day to be on the premises when the technician comes. If I am not there only the outside gets treated & cost remains the same. They have continually scheduled me on days I cannot be present.

I have cameras all over my house
I have cameras all over my house. This guy walked in my front yard didn’t spray anything. They walked to the backyard and then walked back out. Never went inside. Never knocked on the door. Nothing it’s crazy. I’m done.

Crystal is great
Crystal showed up on time and began taking care of both floors and the basement. I warned her about a nest of those nasty yellow jackets IN the siding of the house. She promptly called her manager. They arranged a treatment for those nasties. I could see the outside ones not going in, several inside ones dropping to the ground as they came out, and this larger rascal, the queen I presume abandoning ship. Today there is no sign of them. She also baited the mouse house trap outside. Another quality job

We told him about problems we have had in the past
And he treated those areas

Not all technicians make us aware of…
Not all technicians make us aware of their arrival. Once performing service/applications on property, technicians are very good & thorough. Must say that Crystal (St Louis location) is excellent. She has respect, courtesy, thoroughness & great follow-through skills. Wish we could have her as our technician EVERY TIME.
Infrastructure & customer service need considerable improvement with communication follow-through, more clarity of English spoken, poor processing of written checks as payment & email support. Recently Aptive discontinued email communication & support for customers. Very bad decision.
