Scheduling is not easy
Scheduling is not easy. You are not able to schedule your service for a specific date on the website resulting in calls back and forth to Aptiv. Most of the time, I don't know when I'm scheduled until the technician texts me that they are on their way. Additionally, the pricing went up with no notice.

The tech told me that they are not…
The tech told me that they are not supposed to spray above doorways or windows. We have a LOT of windows and that’s where the spiders are. Every tech tells me something different about what they are told not to do in their training. Where can I see the guidelines that the techs are supposed to follow?

I can't remember the gentleman's name that came last. I think it was Robert. Robert called before he showed up to ask what I needed in the backyard and did everything that was needed. Good company.

Lavelle was the tech who came to my house and he was extremely engaged and informative. He contacted me prior to arriving and slightly adjusted his schedule so that he could be at my house when I was there to get better understanding of why I had requested additional service.

The service technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. They keep good records so they are familiar with the previous treatments and can be sure to cover everything. Bonus- they cobwebbed the outside under the eaves- looks good and keeps pests from living there.

The technician did ring my door bell as…
The technician did ring my door bell as instructed to do. Previously I added the mosquito spray ($25.00) to my services; however, the previous technician did not make the necessary change to the service protocol and I was not receiving this service just the added bill amount. The tech also did not sweep the cobwebs by the backyard hanging light which is quite large.

Josh and friend, (I forget his name!) asked about my concerns and did a very thorough job of spraying and removing webs and wasp nests around the house, barn and shop. When they were done, I got a report with photos of their work, which I really appreciated. Josh even pointed out a hummingbird nest, commenting on how they were careful not to spray around it.
