The members that come are hit or miss. Some are proactive and fulfill what is in my contract while others I need to remind what to do. For those, I fear that if I am not home they do a half ass job or bare minimum. The last guy I got was great his name is Matt. Would like to have him more often.

Aptive is very good!
We have had very good results with Aptive. The ants are gone.
Also we spotted mouse droppings and they set traps inside and out. Very good communication!

This is truly the best pest control…
This is truly the best pest control service I have ever used. They tell you ahead of time that they are on their way, the ask if there are any specific concerns, they use pet friendly chemicals, and they take pictures of all the work they did. They are affordable and honestly the best! I recommend them to anyone. I am more confident going into my back yard! I have noticed a decrease in bug activity. I have used them for about a year now and could not be happier.

Omar and Kevin were my technicians
Omar and Kevin were my technicians. They were incredible. Omar communicated with me the day before reminding me of my appointment, and then again on the morning of. He called me to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived he told me exactly what he would be spraying and went over everything. Omar followed up with pictures and review of the appointment afterwards.

I have been with Aptive for less than a year and my services have been canceled 7 times. They don't do your service if it is out of the area where they have clients.

Quality customer service with a tech flair
Before each treatment their technician sends a text providing an ETA and ask if there are any areas/issues that need extra attention. The technicians have always been friendly and attentive. I am surprised in this day and age its still possible to get good customer service. After the treatment is done, they send pictures via text so that if you're at work, you can see what they did.
At first I was skeptical if I really needed a professional service since I'm a DIY kind of guy. But after having them for a full year of service, I will be keeping them.

It works but overpriced for what you get.
I like that for the most part it takes care of the bugs. I do think it’s a bit overpriced and I don’t like how they locked me in to a 2 year contract. I wish they came to treat more often. They only come about once every two months but they charge me $99 per month. If I cancel they will charge me $199.

Much more reasonably priced compared to other pest control companies. Customer service and tech services when on site are excellent. I highly recommend Aptive for anyone who wants/needs pest control service without paying top dollar!
