I wasn't home but my husband was. He told me the technician tried to up sell him on a Mosquito treatment, but that is the service we have and why we first started using you. It may have been a misunderstanding, since my husband does not usually deal with this.

Excellent Service
I have used active pest control for several years. Since contracting with them, I haven’t had any problems with pest. Their agents are courteous and effective. They keep me abreast of all services that they have provided, including pictures. Of course their prices have increased over the years, but that’s true of anything.

Reliable Services from Aptive
I was using Aptive at my house in Pacific Palisades, which burned down in the Palisades fire in January of 2025. I’m currently living in Mar Vista, and I called Aptive to re-engage their services at my new house. They are reliable, keep me informed on what they do at my house, and I have no bugs around after they spray the exterior, whereas I know my neighbor has had bugs in her house that she has to deal with.
