Decreased pests
Loved the customer service that took pictures and sent them to me of the areas they were treating and what they saw. Saw a decrease in pests inside and outside the house.

Tex’s are so helpful and will do anything I request. Very through and seem to know just where to spray an extra dose of treatment. I haven’t seen a spider or bug for two years anywhere in my house!! I will continue to use Aptive Sptsu.

Began service 7-22-2024 I have had 4…
Began service 7-22-2024 I have had 4 treatments from July - October. I then cancelled November- March. They still charged me for November, December, January, February & March. Aptive says I was on the pro plan and are now charging me 300.00 for those months. There were no text or calls for those months to let me know anybody was coming out for the service which is what they had done previously. I had canceled the winter Months but still want to charge me for a service no one came to perform. So I called what they call costumer service they said I was on the pro plan and had to pay for a service that no one came out to perform.
I have excellent credit and now this company sent this to a collection agency.
We live in Michigan I haven’t seen an insect crawl,walk or fly around here in the winter !

The best part is the highly trained…
The best part is the highly trained technicians that fully rid your yard and gardens pest free especially mosquitoes and ticks and fleas are gone as the invasive Japanese beetles are. Also you cannot beat the price. Also they work with you. I only use them on the spring, summer and fall. Best company ever. Some say too expensive, but look at how much you have spent on sprays as well over all. So its worth it
