Great Pest Control Company
I feel Aptive is a very trustworthy and dependable company on what they promise they can and will offer. My treatments are every 20 days. Drake is the tech and he is very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable in what he does. My pest control issues seem to be under control and I love it. Thanks Aptive!

Still have bugs
The application and the person doing the application were great. No issues with any of the service. We continue to see large palmetto bugs in the house. We expected this after the first few treatments but to still see large bugs even after treatment seems unusual.

Our previous pest control removed cobwebs in areas around the outside of the house. I believe that really helps.

Salesperson said cancellation after 6 mos. would cover cancellation fee
I was charged $199 fee for canceling. This was not what the saleperson told me. He assured that 6 payments would cover the cancellation fee and I could try it on a 6 month trial basis. He said they would come every month instead of 50-80 days if i had issues. There were no available earlier appointments when I checked. I was unhappy with service as I still had spiders on deck and beetles in plants. Not worth the money just to have someone dust webs every 75-80 days. Was told to pay more and go to a monthly plan If i wanted to get rid of bugs. When i contacted customer support, i got canned text and an immediate charge.

Tech was only here for 5 to 10 minutes
Tech was only here for 5 to 10 minutes. He told me roaches were coming from oak tree in back yard and there was a pile of sticks beside it. I ask him to go ahead and spray all the rooms. He only squirted in a couple of spots. I had all requested the outside to be retreated. He told me he didn’t have an order for that. He said he could throw something out at the tree. He was gone when I looked out. Disappointed innsetvice
