Disaster, i bought a brand new aprilia rs 660 2023 and it destroyed my riding experience:
- the matt painting is so sensitive that its enough that you put your gloves on it it will create a faint scratch immideately. Hated it.

-the fckn brembo brakes sounds good right? They are squeaking like crazy, unbelievable, anytime you brake you sound like a mountainbike.

- the rear swingarm is so sensitive, its made of aluminium and when your boots getting in contact with it, it leaves a scratch on it. If you want to prevent it, you need to buy protection for hundreds of euro.

- rattling sound ind the front wheel after 1500 km. I brought back bc i had warranty, the refused to fix it and said its because of oil deposition. Hilarious.

I sold it immideatly and i never felt so happy. I owned before 2 japanese bikes and they are not in the same level when its about reliability!

Avoid this brand if you want to save money and time!!

Worst motorcycle brand, waiting for one plastic part months and still did not get anything, basically the dealer said its a norm. Will sell my RS660 and buy from more reputable brand, not this trash.

Worst customer service, everything take ages, it sounds bad and everything for the bike its expensive af. Basically the OEM parts are the same price as aftermarket carbon parts LOL.

Mi tengono in riparazione una wi-bike per quasi un'anno e mezzo per ripristino e quando finalmente mi si risolve il problema me la fanno rientrare per la consegna dal loro dealer e mi trovo il mezzo con un parafango sverniciato e ripristinato alla meno peggio è il blocchetto accensione distrutto..chiamo per segnalare il problema e proprio oggi dal centro assistenza di noale mi chiamano per dirmi che mi arrangio e me la gratto dovevo accorgermi prima di ritirare.. sconvolgente,ignobile,vergognoso

Oggi alle 10,30 circa ,presso Tecnomat di Aprilia un operatore m'invitava ad accellerare le operazioni di carico che avevo quasi ultimato.Il carico era costituito da pannelli solari .Costui al contrario mi restava vicino incollato cercando lo scontro fisico.L'ho invitato a lasciare la mia area di carico anche urlando.Ma nulla. La tecnomat è una grande azienda ma spesso utilizza personale non all'altezza .Poca educazione e poca capacità di contatti con il cliente.E' dovuta intervenire mia moglie per chiedere l'intervento di altri operatori per sedare ed allontanare l'operatore maleducato.I pannelli solari sono prodotti molto delicati meritano particolare attenzione.

No issues with bike but poor parts supply. Got the bike sitting for a month waiting for parts. Never again!

Mi si è rotta la pompa del freno anteriore della mia Pegaso Trail anno 2009... sono del parere che quando si tratta della sicurezza, il ricambio deve essere nuovo ed originale, pertanto sono andato direttamente senza pensarci sul sito ufficiale di Aprilia.... ho trovato il ricambio che mi serviva e senza esitare e senza badare al prezzo l'ho messo nel carrello.....mentre mi accingo a pagare, per fortuna, guardo bene il costo e m accorgo che, con aggiunta di spese di spedizione, era pari a 792 E U R O..... ovviamente ho subito rinunciato all'acquisto. V E R G O G N O S O...per me potete pure fallire....anzi spero che falliate...

Absolute rubbish, terrible company, the worst customer service, poor and rubbish motorbikes, be mindful of the extortionate servicing costs of the RSV4RR £850 for 12000 mile service not including if the valves require altering or replacing, this is every 12000 miles, avoid avoid avoid buying any Aprilia machine, I've had BMW, Honda and various other brand new sports bikes and never been met with this level of stupidity, do not buy

Amazing bikes, absolutely gorgeous powerful, and nice looking. Love them. Had 3 so far an rs125, rs660 and now 1100 factory, the reason for a 3 stars is , haven't seen anywhere a poor consumer service, interested just on sale, if you need anything after that, you got to beg for fixing or servicing afer multiple phones. Had 3 bikes from 3 different dealers same story for all 3. This might be a flag.
