Approved Used Vehicles Anmeldelser

They made the whole process very easy, they communicate well and were very professional. I’d happily recommend them and will certainly use them again

Great service, really personal with no fuss..
Very professional with sound advice.

Andy and Chris
Do what they say super easy and quick purchase of my car. Great communication from start to finish. I would recommend without hesitation.

Andy was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Initially helping me to understand the particular models that would suit what i was looking for, then quickly identifying a great example that i would never have found on my own.
The 911 that Andy found for me was newer than i was looking for, was still under warranty, but was still within my budget.
By using Approved Used Vehicles to source my 911 i knew that a much more knowledgeable and experienced person would be looking over the car pre-sale. This was so helpful, as i am not sure i would have known many of the smaller details to look out for.
The whole commercial transaction was nice and easy and the car was professionaly delivered to my driveway in Norwich.
Outstanding service from start to finish.

Andy and Mark have sourced and supplied Porsche cars for me over the last 10 years, Their level of professionalism and enthusiasm is rare, and the vehicles supplied have always been immaculately presented. A joy to deal with.
Superb company.
Robert Conley.

Process was going very well, agreed a price that I was (relatively) happy with, paper work complete and dates organised. David from AUV came round inspected the car and was happy with it but queried the condition of the front lights. To me they were in condition reflective of their age but I could also see where he was coming from. David tried to knock down the price but I declined.

Andy phoned me later and stated that if I was able to sort the lights he would honour the deal, very decent of him. I researched my options and decided to get the lenses completely replaced by a reputable company (rennlense, great service). As this was going to take a few weeks I kept both Andy and David up to date with the process and once the lights were back and reinstalled I let David know straight away expecting collection etc to be sorted quickly.

When David did phone me it was to offer me 10k less than what we had agreed spouting rubbish like goodwood was over and so was the summer so the cars are worth less (o991.1 GT3)

So now I’m actually down from getting the lights fixed for this particular sale, was not something I had intended to do at all.

Not a great experience in the end

A very simple transaction by a very knowledgeable dealer would hope to deal with again as it was so professional

Luxury Cars, Luxury Service

Brilliant team at AUV - found me my perfect Porsche and delivered it to my door. Great team, super trustworthy.

Couldn’t have been an easier and less pushy process than with Andy. A pleasure to sell my car to him and look forward to doing the same whether buying or selling. Thanks

I was pleasantly surprised with the valuation that Andy at AUV gave me for my Porsche Macan. The service from start to finish was very professional, streamlined and stress free. I would gladly recommend Andy at AUV to friends and family and would definitely do business with him again in the future.

Andy was great from the outset when selling my Taycan, in relation to price and the impact this would have on some of the minor conditions of the car.

He wasn’t too far from me so he came around to see the car and where the dealers knock of quite a lot of money for things that would cost them very minimal money Andy didnt do that so all the real minor points.

So overall I was happy with the process and speed in which we resolved all of necessary steps.

Highly recommend AUV and Andy.

Very pleasant pain free experience, Andy popped up to glasgow and bought my car within 10-15 mins

When I’m buying my next Porsche Andy will be the first person I call

Top company if I could leave more than 5 stars I would

I recently sold my 992.1 Turbo. Andy was extremely professional from start to finish. Certainly much better than Porsche dealers..! Immediate payment and totally hassle free. I couldn’t recommend him enough. If you are selling a Porsche he knows the market inside out (better than the dealers I’d say) and you should definitely contact him.

Andy & Mark are both exceptional. If you’re thinking of selling your Porsche, look no further. Incredibly transparent, simple and easy to communicate with. An excellent price above both any Porsche dealer and WBAC. Picked up within a few days of first contact, no hidden costs or lengthy processes and paid same day. Excellent service from start to finish and would recommend them highly to anyone wanting to sell their Porsche. After spending 8 weeks going back and fourth with Porsche dealers it was a breath of fresh air working with Approved User Vehicles and I got a better price too.

Good to deal with a straight talking company,

AUV recently purchased my 992 Carrera 4 GTS. The entire process was painless & hassle free. I couldn't recommend Andy & Mark enough.

I used AUV to sell my Targa 992 after seeing an advert on instagram. The process was smooth, efficient and hassle free. 1 week from first point of contact to sale. Great contact.

Andy made the collection of my 911 targa gets seamless. Mark who collected it was very professional and the money was instantly in my bank. Great to deal with and have now made a friend in the car business.
