I recently re-activated my account because I was looking to use SPSS. I paid for usage until the end of the month but I cannot open the software. I continually get an error that tells me that there is a license for SPSS missing.
I have contacted the costumer service team multiple times through multiple channels (chat on the site, the feedback option on the site as well as an email to the customer service team). I still have not heard back.
I am posting here now in hopes that the customer service team will actually see this message. I need the software, I already paid for it and it is getting quite urgent now.

I bought a 1$ plan VPS for a day, I pay with my visa card after that I thought I will get a confirmation email something like that with to login and stuff;
i contacted the support they reply after 24 H.. what it seems for me a bot reply. and then after fore days of explaining my situation.. the last email is from them letting me know that they will check the transaction and see .. this happened three days ago ... I don't get the service at the end nor reply just wasting 1$ /// i know it is nothing but it's still money
I'm supposed to get the service in less than 24 H without contacting the support ...

I have been trying to get in touch with App On Fly for the past month as i was interested in becoming a customer but i would like to talk to them first. Their online chat service is NEVER manned. So they say to leave a message. I have left multiple messages - no reply. I sent an email to the support email address - no reply. Nothing at all. I went onto their FB account - no reply. I tweeted them - no reply. I have never encountered such bad business etiquette in all my life. How do they expect to get new customers if there is no one to enquire with. For other businesses out there, i suggest they copy App On Fly's model and then launch their business, as App On Fly is failing miserably.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? PLS I NEED HELP.

AppOnFly is a real cool initiative, done in a terrible way. Allow me to share my experiences trailing MS Projects using AppOnFly. The idea was I would trail their service for a major company, starting with reviewing a 30 day trail from MS Projects , but everything stopped working after only 2 days.

Positive experiences:
+ Their sign-up process; its quick, it's fast & easy.
+ Dedicated RDP links, that can be downloaded right away

Negative experiences:
- RDP sessions are quite slow (and im using a 100mb connection)
- Signed up on Monday to trail MS Projects for 30 days, and stopped working after 2 days
- They offer a dedicated support chat service, but once opened the chat window on the RDP session is so small you cannot read it and have to constantly scroll to actually read their comments. Reason is they lock-down the chat window, so you can't get it to at least decent readable format. You wonder who is testing their UI, I mean this is just plain silly...
- Once you get to their support team, and you keep scrolling left to right to read their comments, you quickly notice the support reps have no ambition at all to help you. Their support is of absolute terrible quality. I have noticed multiple chats that they do not read my questions, or even consider resolving them. They openly show you they basically don't care.

Summary:
I was unable to continue my trail after only 2 days, as they killed ,my session, ignore your service requests and just force you to pay. Their support team delivers unacceptable quality of work.

My sincere advise to all; do not use their service, it's a waste of your time and their support will drive you crazy.

Its sad, but stay away from AppOnFly and look for alternatives people!

They give you a warning that your time will be done at 90% which is extremely late but barely manageable, okay. Then when you try to go to the browser to email yourself the files, the browser will throw up that same 90% warning, except the total allocated period for your browser is much smaller than your full login so you have about a 3 minutes to email yourself, at which point because your logging in from another location your email will nag you about security and you won't have enough time to email yourself.

The customer support isn't sympathetic and will strong arm you into buying their product as they hold your work hostage. Do not give in, it's not like you lost a whole lot of work in the small amount of time they give you. The '30 days' advertisement is pure BS. Stay away.

Do not read the 'positive' reviews. They are fake that the company left themselves.

I was using SPSS. They advertise their 30-day free trial all over their website but kick you off the programs after 30 minutes of the free trial!!! I asked two different people about this in the online chat and they said that "the software provider limits the trial" and that there are limited trials for certain applications. WELL THEN YOU NEED TO SAY THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE! I showed them countless examples of where their website says 30-day free trial for SPSS included, and their only response was, "This is the free trial though." Uh, yeah, it says right in the text that free trials are 30-days and NO WHERE does it say that some programs are limited. I lost all my work because of their MISLEADING communication. I am in marketing and can say that this completely unacceptable marketing and poor customer service will drive away all potential customers - not to mention it's a legal issue to market something as a 30-day free trial when it's not. Save yourself the time and don't use this website.

I use Microsfot Project via AppOnFly.com. I pay form months when I need it. Guality is guite good, but you need to connect via RDP. Paid users are working on servers that are dedicated for paid users. Good enough.

Very fast servers with good prices
The pros are you can use a cryptocurrency miner on them if you're a paid user. You can alsso use free softwares or purchase others
The only cons are with the trial period. You can't install Chrome or Firefox extensions... only a short period of connection.

I am using statistical software IBM SPSS via AppOnFly and pay monthly. I can quit when I don't needed it and come back at any time. It costs less then somwhere else. I guess they have different servers for paid users, where the performance is higher. Can't complain. I like the service.

I downloaded the free trial to see if I liked it and if it would useful in my research analysis. It stated this would be a 30 day trial. After about 30 minutes I was informed my trial was up and everything shut down. Great. I used their website chat to ask about it and was informed this is normal and that if I resigned in I would have another 30 minutes. That is a complete lie. I tried a dozen times and was still told my trial was up. I restarted my computer and tried. Still no. Complete trash. DO NOT USE.

AppOnFly is horrible. I don't know even know why I decided to give them a try even after I signed up for their 30 day free trial, and was not even able to use it for free for the thirty days as advertised. Customer service sucks. You try to get their help and it seems like they don't even care. I was told once I subscribe, I will unlimited access but that wasn't true. When you subscribe, there isn't just one fee. Never again. I'm going to continue to use as I paid two fees already: one for the actual program/internet access (which states google chrome is free), and the other for updated Microsoft standard programs. Stay away.

This service is to bad scam trial, bad connection, slow machine can't even open an website on chrome!

The online chat is a crap, unprofessional, they say the connection to a websites is slow because of my internet connection ahahah god such a joke

The software is slow and full of issues that i don't even want to begin listing. Furthermore the trials offered as 30 day trials run out after only a few days, requiring you to buy. DO NOT IN ANY WAY USE THIS SOFTWARE!

Unless you are not building a database, you will lose your work using the Access free trial. I started the free trial that said it lasted one month and was kicked off the first night I actually used it after only a few hours. I was never made aware that I would only have a few hours with the free trial. Now I have to re-do all my work. Additionally, the free trial kicks you off after only 30 mins of work and then it is a hassle to re-logon.
