I was very disappointed with the pre workout, I did try the prr workout in small shots before I bought a tub, the shots were fine but the full tub was horrendous. the main problem was the stomach and digestive issues which were that bad it stopped me training. I did try it again after a few days and it was the same result. Been training for 40+ yrs and this the worse pre workout I've ever tried, even so I thrown it in the bin.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with our pre-workout and apologise for the discomfort you experienced. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as you had previously tried the pre-workout shots without any issues.
At Applied Nutrition, we take product quality and customer satisfaction extremely seriously, and this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further with our Quality Control Team. If you could please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@appliednutrition.uk with your purchase details and, if available, the batch number and expiry date, we would be happy to look into this for you.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,

Excellent product!
Excellent product and I was impressed with the delivery time. My husband finds a lot of proteins really grainy and not nice to taste but this was delicious and great quality.

Ordered Detox & Debloat and Hair skin & nails from Amazon. Capsules are really big and very difficult to swallow and the detox capsules left a black film on my hands (like newspaper ink?) . Not very environmentally friendly as the plastic containers are really big as well. They could probably be a third of the size. The packaging endorsed by Colleen Rooney are more expensive from Holland & Barrett than they are from Amazon?

Hi Marie,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that your experience with our products hasn't fully met your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
The capsules used in these products are size ‘00’, which is a standard size within the food supplement industry. The capsule size is determined by the specific amount of ingredients required to deliver the intended serving. We do appreciate that larger capsules can be difficult for some people to swallow, and we'll certainly take your feedback on board.
The dark residue you've noticed on your hands is from the activated charcoal, a naturally black ingredient used in our Detox & Debloat formulation. Although our capsules go through a de-dusting and polishing process during manufacturing, they are not completely sealed, meaning small amounts of powder can occasionally settle on the outside of the capsules and transfer when handled.
We understand your concerns regarding the size of our plastic containers. Sustainability is important to us, and we continually review ways to reduce our environmental impact. By using standardised packaging across our product range, we can improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce energy consumption and minimise waste. Our PET jars are fully recyclable and contain 20% recycled material, while our HDPE jars are also made using recycled material and can be recycled through kerbside collections. We continue to work closely with our suppliers to explore further improvements.
With regard to the price differences between Amazon and Holland & Barrett, retailers set their own selling prices and may run different promotions, discounts or price-matching offers. Unfortunately, these pricing decisions are outside of our control.
We genuinely value your feedback, Marie, as it helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.
Kind regards,

We did reach out to you via email to explain about the change in flavour and to confirm that your order had been delivered. We also clarified that the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe was due to your order being placed at 3:31pm, which was after our 2pm dispatch cut-off time.
We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or misunderstanding caused.

I feel like rhey have a good variety of flavours when it comes to protein powders which for me it's great since I don't like most the flavours on the market
The cookies and cream is top
Also the quality price ratio is one of the greatest I have seen so far when it comes to supplements in UK.Also the little things la small discounts or free samples I believe they make a good impression
Overall for me the company is good.I am waiting to see what other products they are gonna bring or what other protein flavours they are gonna add

The product doesn't mix with the viscosity of a usual whey protein...2 scoops, seems to mix as thick as porridge with a bit of water. The taste is ok but the mix ability is not representative of a good way product. It takes about 5mins to drink. Maybe it is the mix of high concentrate, and lower higher end isolate and hydrosylate.

I just like to start and share my experience with companies like this and the good is what they supply, what are really good
I just like to start, so everyone’s are aware of this matter that this company does not pay me or sponsor me to leave reviews on all of their platform and the products what I purchase out of my own pocket, so I just want to clear that up with everyone because let’s be fair, a lot of companies put fake reviews on their platforms, so you never know 100% if the reviews are actually real because if you’re getting paid for a review, you’re gonna make up a load of stuff, so I’m honest about my reviews with products, so let’s get on it, so sorry about that right, the products I’ve had from this company, I’ve blown it out of the water, not just with the electrolytes or the creatine products, what they do, or even the protein products, what they do the ingredients, what they’re using their products, are extremely good. There’s not any really fillers in their products. It is exactly what you asked for. The experience I’ve got from the company, if I’ve had any problems and I’ve rang them up directly, they’ve resolved the matter literally over the phone. You speak to a human being. what’s actually extremely polite and they just resolved the matter for you, like other companies. you can’t even get in contact with them if you have an issue or if you need to find out some information or whatever, a lot of other companies you struggle to get in contact with them. You have to go through email and stuff like that. With this company, you can do it over the phone and I think that’s a big massive help, but honestly if you are looking for a really good supplier and a really good product and extremely value for money, I would use this company if you ever go to the gym or you’re looking just to get yourself healthier feeling better in yourself, you should use this company. I was extremely sceptical at the beginning, but since I’ve purchased a lot of different products of them out of my own pocket, so in that sense they’ve just blown it out of the water, the best way to explain it. They digest extremely well. You don’t feel bloated from their products. You can feel a difference with their products, especially their pre-workouts, because they’re really good for when you’re tidy in the house up or going to gym or going for a brisk walk. The electrolytes are just amazing, they taste amazing. they dissolve extremely good and they just digest in the system really good and the proteins products what they do they’re really good as well, really, really good so I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company. Don’t go through the app on their website. Actually use the app what you have to download. There’s a lot better deals on there. You can see a lot more range of products and it’s not messing about searching all over the place and you don’t have to buy off second market companies like eBay or Amazon or other platforms. You can directly get it from the app off your phone, so it’s always installed. You can get straight to the point. You can get what you need, and if you’ve got a problem, the customer service is absolutely amazing. The delivery time on the products is amazing. It’s fast, efficient, and extremely reliable, especially when you’re running out of products and you need your products to come as quickly as possible before you run out, they have never let me down with any delivery as well on my products, so why are you all waiting for you’ve heard my review, get yourself on it, try it for yourself, leaving honest genuine review of the company so they can grow and get more new customers through the door and people can get better health and live longer and just feel better in themselves in the long run
