The Appliance Group in Stoke on Trent is very much ACTIVE offering Service, Sales and Spares to over 14,000 addresses in Staffordshire and Cheshire.

There is little to say they are professional scammers

They stole from the poor and kept it for themselves. Am very pissed. I will like my money back. In my opinion the don't even deserve 1 star.

Company is in liquidation from 7th. September 2021 however Mr. Thomas George Smith was reappointed as director and secretary 6th of April 2022 which is week ago from today and new address for company who legally robbed all of us in broad day light is 29 Findon Drive Bognor Regis West Sussex PO22 6QJ. These people should be under criminal investigation not hiding behind limited companies. Peter, London

Took my money 2 years ago never sent washer just constant excuses then after months of trying to get refund through my bank found out company had gone into liquidation so that’s my money gone and as I don’t have money to start with that’s a very painful cost to me and my family I hope the managing director chokes on his champagne and caviar 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have not recieved a refund and it is nearly 1 year since I purchased the freezer. I was advised to claim off my bank. However due to tte time since the transaction they are not able to pay out. Advice being go back to company who are not replying to emails. This company should be ashamed off themselves. They take money from hard working people who trusted they would get a good service. My advice to anyone considering buying goods DO NOT BUY from this company.

Further to my last review I am finally getting a refund BUT not directly from appliance group who I paid over 6 months ago - from my credit card company tesco thank goodness for them.
No response what’s so ever from appliance just the same generic emails. Be advised to steer well clear go to a local shop pay a bit more but get your item hassle free.

Ordered and paid for a fridge freezer they said they had in stock, they lied but took the full payment and wont issue a refund four months later. Wont answer the phone and any emails are replied with rubbish blaming the "refund" department.

Paid for a freezer in June. Was told delivery was end of August, chased them and they said October. Chased again and no reply. Avoid at all cost !

Order a tumble dryer on 3rd of august recieved email to say it would be delivered last two weeks in august then other email to say it would definitely be delivered first two weeks in November needless to say I am still waiting send email no reply tried phoning no one answers absolutely disgusting the way they treat people then I email them for a full refund still no reply

Freezer order confirmed on 8th Aug 2021, chased the order up a number of times, yet here we are 4 months later and the only thing I have to show for my trouble is a hole in my savings. I'd like to think the company isn't a con, however I've not much evidence to say it is not.

Scam . Ordered a washing machine of them , said there would be a delay and nothing ,going to have to try and get the money back of the bank.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. ORDERED GOODS, NEVER CAME. TOOK MY MONEY. CONSTANTLY CONTACTED THEM THROUGH EMAIL. THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE. NOW I HAVE TO TRY AND GET MONEY BACK THROUGH BANK. WHY ARE COMPANIES ALLOWED TO DO THIS. DONT WANT TO LEAVE ONE STAR AS RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE, BUT NO OPTION TO DO THIS. WHY IS ANYONE ALLOWED TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON TRUST PILOT, WHEN THEY ARE FAKE. SURELY REVIEWS SHOULD BE VETTED!

I have ordered induction hob in August,than received an e-mail, that there is delay in supply and it will be delivered in November. It is December and no sign of appliance, no contact number. it seems it is a part of Holding Dexter Group Ltd,but no contact details with them as well.

I bought a dishwasher from them in June 2021..... no sign of it - they have never responded to any call or email or request for refund - I am now taking them to Small Claims - they have failed to respond and it is going to County Court .... I would STRONGLY advise you DO NOT use this company - it is (I presume) a scam, despite the glowing reviews on their own website.

Definitely would give no stars ordered a chest freezer in September not arrived can't get hold of them now the websites gone 😫😡 so no refund and no item do not order from there

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. They scammed us for over £400. We bought a non-existent oven which they kept saying was delayed every month, then the company disappeared and no longer responded to emails and doesn't answer calls. It's been over 6 months and now finding out it's a scam.

The products don't exist, you will never get them. They make fake postive reviews over lots of brand new accounts, lure people into trusting them/buying from them and scam everyone at the same time and when the bad reviews come in they disappear off the face of the earth.

They're also now trying to do the same thing under the name KGDhome so don't trust them either.

Total scammers, ordered KG washer back in August, all delivery promises broken .. now the website has been shut down. Having looked around, I think company has set up again as kgdhome dot com ... I'll contacting them for a refund

We bought a fridge back in July for our baking business that we are trying to built. They have told us that the fridge was going to be delivered in August then September then November. We have paid with debit card our bank now is refusing to refund us. Scammers is what they are! You will pay for it somehow! DO NEVER BUY FROM THEM AS THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY!
