Apparel by Home Run Anmeldelser

I have purchased fishing apparel items from this company several times over the past few years. I have always been happy with the clothing/delivery/sizes. I placed two orders in June during their going out of business sale. The first order was received without issue however the second order was never received, I did receive the typical shipping tracking number for USPS and it showed no activity as it was never dropped off. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company after 3 attempts to reach the company's customer service department/email was never returned with a reply.

I have purchased many of their clothing before, but have this one bad experience. I bought a vest, within 1-1/2 months the zipper broke on the bottom. Brought it to a tailor, he said "can't fix, it's a defective zipper". I called AHR and just left messages got no response, I emailed, them got an impersonal message "sorry there are no warranties".....so I won't be buying from them again. I have about 20 items from them over the past few years and unfortunately, don't trust the product or service at all/anymore

Did apparel by home run go out of business? Phone goes directly to Voicemail no response on my orders or the emails I have sent.

Thanks

I got the Sea Turtle long sleeve in medium. Quality of construction was above average and pretty decent, but a little lower than other top name brand fishing apperal. The main reason for only 4 stars is mostly due to the fit and style. This shirt is very loose fitting compared to my other fishing shirts all sized medium, which isn't really all that concerning, but the neck is very large, like huge and gives the shirt a stretched out and used look, even though new. So if not for the giant neck opening these deserve 5 stars. One more thing not too happy about was the price. I paid $49 and then a day after I received they reduced the price to $39. That's Amazon type BS. Shipping was very fast too.

Really nice shirts well made an received it in 2 days

I have purchased many different Long and short sleeve shirts from Apparel by Home Run. They have been top quality construction.

Many have been given as gifts and everyone has been surprised by the product.

Also, people ask where I found the item and I provide the company contact information.

HR have wonderful outfits. I love the design & quality. My last purchase was a wow!

You guys rock! Every phase of your operation is excellent. Advertising, checkout, updates, the product, & the exchange because I ordered the wrong size. Communication was awesome!

Love the products. Had a delivery issue on one of my orders, customer service expedited a new delivery immediately. Ordered several items and will order again.

Dwayne: I own 22 of these great shirts and I just love them. Great company to deal with

FABULOUS!!
I rarely if ever write a review, but I am so impressed with this company that I feel compelled to endorse it. I have purchased several items from them and have never been disappointed. The product is excellent. No bait and switch. Everything is what they say it is. Pricing is very fair for the quality of the product. Here is the big one (at least for me) customer service. Amazing!!
My last order was about the time hurricane Laura hit and with all of that i was kept informed about my order. They were dealing with a hurricane and yet they cared enough to keep me informed. I was able to track my package from start to finish. Very fast delivery. I will continue to do business with them and let everyone know about them.
Im super impressed. Thank you so much.

This company is the epitome of what online stores should be the service the follow up and the product are 2nd to none

Great shirt. Packaged well. Arrived quickly. Good business. Will shop again.

I noticed different material fit different. When mixed with the spandex the shirts fit great I. A large no spandex I need a xlarge
It makes it hard to get shirts to fit.

I wear my shirts every single day whether I'm fishing or not!
The comfortability and protection from harmful sun rays is paramount to me...and the styles are awesome as well.
I am looking forward to seeing more face/neck gaiters in the future!

Absolutely great product. Have five long sleeve shirts. All different colors and even black stays cool in direct sun. That's sayin a whole bunch here in Texas. Buy em folks .... You won't be disappointed.
