A Costly Service That Delivers Nothing but Loss
After a full year of trusting Publishing Performance with my catalog, the results speak louder than any marketing promise they make. My ACOS tells the whole story: money going out, nothing meaningful coming back in. These aren’t new titles struggling to find footing—these books have been on Amazon for over a year, yet the ads they manage burn through cash with no sign of optimization, strategy, or even basic oversight.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is the complete absence of customer support. I’ve emailed them directly. Nothing. I’ve used their bot messaging system. Silence. For a service that costs $380 a year, the least I expected was a human response, or honestly, any response at all.
Instead, I’m left paying a premium to watch my money evaporate. At this point, I’m convinced I’d be better off keeping the $380 and running my own ads—at least then I’d know someone was actually paying attention.
If you’re considering this service, take my experience as a cautionary snapshot: high cost, zero support, and ad performance that actively loses you money. Save yourself the frustration.
