I was automatically charged USD29.99 as I did not authorised this transaction, this is a scam. Don't fall for it, horrible way of doing business.

A predatory website preying on minors who fail to read the fine print. My 14 year old daughter paid for her first question unaware she would be auto-charged and subscribed. Please refund her this hard-earned $35.

charged me 99¢ for a single payment 3 day subscription and it went through and got verified but didn’t get nothing for it, and now they swear the payment didn’t go through. not what my bank says.

It is mostly my stupidity but they renew my free subscription without my approve and since I have Chatgpt too, in credit card bills I thought it is chatgpt and kept paying for 3 months. I even didnt use it once

They charge me 43CAD when I didnt even use their service and then when I emailed them I was told I do not meet all criteria for refund like hello??? For awareness please do not fall for their tactics DO NOT USE OR OPEN THIS APP AT ALL !!

i paid 99p for a ONE TIME PAYMENT, a week later they take 30.20 out of my account claiming there was some plan that was not even evident.

They took money from my account without my consent. Also I did not save my bank card for future payment and they did not inform me. They are scammer and I think their website must be shut down and they should be punished

Ich habe mich nur für ein kostenloses Probeabo angemeldet und wurde trotzdem mit €1 und später €30 belastet, ohne dass ich aktiv ein Abo abgeschlossen hätte. Es war nicht möglich, die Kündigung direkt über die Website durchzuführen, und der Kündigungsprozess ist völlig intransparent. Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass man erst über Umwege den Support kontaktieren muss, um überhaupt eine Rückerstattung zu beantragen.

Ich fühle mich getäuscht und kann diesen Dienst aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen. Zudem fordere ich die sofortige Löschung meiner Daten – ein derart schwieriger Umgang mit Abos sollte nicht sein.

Außerdem weiß ich nicht, ob der Support überhaupt erreichbar ist, ob ich mein Geld jemals zurückbekomme oder ob mir weiterhin ungewollt Beträge abgebucht werden.

This website keeps stealing my money and making me pay for subscriptions that I never signed up for. I keep trying to call and make complaints but no one answers or helps me.

I haven't got any refund about the payment even though I didn't use this. It was really frustrated and disappointed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Expertchat.ai. Without my explicit consent or proper notification, I was charged $29.99 in January and February. Despite not signing up for or using their services, my credit card was billed for these charges.

Additionally, I never received any email statements or confirmations about the subscription or the charges. There was no clear communication or option to review, confirm, or cancel the subscription before the charges were made. I was essentially presented with the charges after the fact, which I believe is a violation of my consumer rights.

I contacted the company several times, and while they refunded the February charges, they refused to refund the January charge, citing their refund policy. However, I did not have a fair chance to opt out of the service in the first place, which undermines the fairness of their policy.

I am deeply frustrated with the lack of transparency and the poor customer service I have encountered. I hope this review helps others be aware of potential issues with this service.

I never subscribed and I sent them an e-mail after they took my money that I WANT TO CANCEL! They even wrote back by saying - Sorry to let you go etc. In the e-mail regarding my subscription cancelation, you sent me the confirmation that my subscription has been canceled, but you took it from my account 29,14EUR today. Just CANCEL EVERYTHING and I would highly appreciate it if you would return the money to me because I already canceled!
