I tried ClickyVicky to generate ads for my book promotions. During the first session it created solid quality ads, but soon after that the app started to deliver substandard results, ignoring prompts and parameters. E.g. I clearly told the app to use existing book covers in the ad, as these books are already published and the cover designs not subject to interpretation. It repeated the same error. Further down the road it added tag lines and slogans that were never part of the ads or mismatched the content completely. It repeated this error multiple times, ignoring clear prompts. Last but not least it keeps freezing. I had to repeated the same prompts countless times, reload teh page, re-type it, as the app kept freezing literally every few minutes. I subsequently cancelled my subscription after about 2 weeks working with it. Don't waste your time and money on this poor performing, substandard application. Chat GPT does a much better job than this one.

In my opinion, Clicky Vicky is not worth the money.
I subscribed because I expected an AI tool that would actually save me time and help me create content for social media. One of the things I specifically wanted was to create Reels. After subscribing, however, I was told that Clicky Vicky cannot create Reels in the way I needed.
What disappointed me even more is that, after actually using the platform, I don't see much that it does that I couldn't do myself.
A lot of the “AI content” feels like a repackaged version of things you can already do with GPT or other AI tools. It can generate images, but in my experience, I can create better and more useful images myself with GPT. It can also take images from your own social media profile and turn them into new-looking content, which is then presented as something the platform has created — even though the original material was already created and uploaded by the user.
So, personally, I don't see enough added value to justify paying for another subscription. To me, it feels more like a less capable and more limited version of tools such as GPT, rather than something that genuinely takes content creation off my hands.
I also requested a refund after discovering the limitations, but my refund request was denied. They did cancel my subscription, so at least I will not be charged again.
This is simply my honest experience as a paying customer. I would strongly recommend testing what you can already do with GPT and other AI tools before paying for Clicky Vicky.
If you are considering subscribing, make sure you understand exactly what it can and cannot do — especially when it comes to video and Reels — before spending your money.

En la publicidad prometen aumentar tus ventas por solo 1 € al día, pero es solo un gancho para atraer a la gente. El mismo día me cobraron 90 €, sin haber solicitado nada adicional. Pedí inmediatamente que cerraran mi cuenta.

Y para mi sorpresa: tres días después realizaron otro cargo de 55 €.
Inaceptable.

I wasn't just disappointed by the product—I was even more disappointed by the customer support.

The service did not meet my expectations, and after my subscription renewed automatically, I contacted support immediately. Instead of trying to help or showing any understanding, I received what felt like repetitive template responses referring only to their refund policy.

My questions weren't answered clearly, and I never felt that anyone was actually trying to resolve the situation. Other companies have made goodwill exceptions in similar circumstances, especially when a customer contacts them immediately after an automatic renewal.

If you subscribe, be sure to cancel well before the renewal date and don't expect much flexibility if something goes wrong.

Un altra truffa legalizzata. Compri i loro "servizi", paghi. Non funziona più niente. Allora scrivi, risponde il web che l 'indirizzo è in crash, provi a contattarli.. stesse cose. Dopo un mese ti arrivano altri addebiti. Blocchi la carta di pagamento e li ricontatti a un nuovo indirizzo mail. Rispondono che loro non prevedono rimborso anche se non funziona niente.....perfetto. naturalmente la sede legale è sulla luna...

I was extremely disappointed with ClickyVicky. Their advertisements make it seem like you can easily generate professional marketing videos, but the reality is completely different.

The credit system is incredibly restrictive. The credits run out so quickly that it's impossible to create even one week's worth of social media content, let alone a month's worth.

The video quality is far below what is shown in their advertisements. Most of the generated videos are unusable without significant editing, defeating the purpose of paying for an AI content creation platform.

I subscribed expecting to save time, but instead I wasted both my money and my time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Ningún servicio que ofrece la ¡magia! que ustedes dicen, DAN PRUEBAS GRATIS y creo que es obvio el motivo.... es mentira.... los comentarios de experiencias de clientes son escritos por ustedes ya que NO TIENE LINK PARA VERIFICAR RESEÑAS en la plataforma.
Si fuera verdad no les importaria dar un mes gratis ya que el cliente seguro se quedaba con ustedes, pero bueno la gente por probar creyendo que esa magia es real caen en su trampa y ustedes trincan algo estafando a la gente...

This is a total scam. Support email is non existent,n abd the app will not let you cancel or even remove your credit card infuriation. They keep charging my card,ma d now I have to report them for fraud.

Seems like a scam. I have asked for a refund and cancellation of my suscription and haven't received any responses at all. They have a chat, but I cant use it because it says: sorry you have reached conversation limit", lol I haven't even used that chat before. They claim that refund is with just 1 clic, but that is not true. For most users it will be a good tool, however not for my business.

I subscribed to the 'Content Autopilot' service, but due to changes in my business plan, I no longer need it. I have sent multiple emails to their support team and used their support contact form to request a subscription cancellation and a refund, but I have received zero response for several days. This lack of communication regarding a simple cancellation request is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would like the company to process my cancellation immediately and issue a refund for the unused service.
