In an effort to reduce our paper usage we no longer provide printed planting instructions, as instead they are on our website - but you are right, some instructions saying so would be good and it is something we are looking into.

Very efficient service. Hops were dispatched quickly even though it was a bank holiday and arrived in very good condition ready for planting.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Royal Mail whose Tracked 24 service took 3 days to arrive and who sent me an email saying it was going to arrive a day before it did.

Fantastic service
I’m very impressed with A Plus Hops. I ordered two rhizomes and both are growing well, so I’m really happy with them. They’re mainly for my garden, but I chose specific varieties to try making tea and possibly beer in the future—mostly for fun, and to grow over a couple of arches.
The website was very easy to navigate and purchase from, delivery was fast (within 48 hours), and I was able to get them planted straight away. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your review, our apologies that what you received was not what you expected. Hop plants go dormant in the winter, so what you received was a whole plant, just currently dormant. We're sure you'll be impressed with what emerges in the spring, but, if you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
