Prompt and Ross did an amazing job helping setup or signatures and onboarding our newest members off staff.
I cant thank Simon on the helpdesk for always being calm, and resolving matters, sensitivity and in a non techy way.
I also want to thank our account manager Stephen who is regularly checks in to see how we are getting on.
I highly recommend Apex if anyone is looking for a complete IT support system

Luke was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable when talking to a very technical Governor today. Luke really reassured the Governor and cleared up any queries, even emailing Trafford on our behalf copying in the Governor. I could not have asked for more from Luke. He is always so friendly, professional and efficient.

The skill of getting back on line again is a credit to the guys at Apex. Without the help of Faizan i would not have been able to continue with my work today as my laptop and phone were looking for changes and i dont know where to look, to the help is invaluable for me.
