Sent follow-up after purchase to ask if all went OK and to call if I had any issues from Euardo.
Later, I did, in attempting to get the charger associated app to work with my phone and contacted Euardo by email again. Had a call within 10 minutes.
I now know that it was Andrew that helped me through to successful completion of getting the app to work. For well over two hours of getting a 2.4Ghz frequency added to my 5Gz internet Wi-Fi as well as getting all the "Permission" straight on my phone. Throughout this frustrating ordeal, the helper whether from Eduardo or Andrew was totally patient with my phone operation ignorance as well as Ghz issues and stuck with me to a successful conclusion. Both individuals certainly lived up to company claim of "Exceptional Service" and are a credit to the company/

Apex charger is great. Love my product as well as the product support behind it. Charger itself is of great quality and is packaged well. Love the digital display on the front of the unit. Cord length is long which allows me to put my car in different positions. If anything customer support is 5 stars. They get back to you asap.

I purchased Apex Mach 2 ev charger at first I had trouble with the charger not charging. I called apex troubleshooting and they were great! I decided to send charger back for a full refund. After apex received the charger back they let me know that it was a software update error. I reordered the Mach 2 charger and it was an upgraded model I received the new charger and it worked perfectly I only charged at 40 amps but it can charge up to 48 amps please read instructions. Also Apex customer service was Awesome. I highly recommended this ev charger competitive price and works great.

One of the few chargers i could find with 30 ft cable. I was planning to install in garage and need a longer cable and it worked. Give me full 11.2kwh and can charge my car from 0 to full in little over 6 hrs.

Support was also awesome as I've to reach out to them to confirm on wiring and they were very helpful.

My only issue with this charger is the table is 2 thick so its not easy to handle. While i can find some tesla level 2 with a much thinner one.

Technical help was there immediately and they were very competent. My charger problem quickly diagnosed and determined that i needed an entire new unit. My call was made on a Friday afternoon and i received the replacement on Monday afternoon. I live on the east coast and the unit came from California! I could not have been
more impressed. Talk about going above and beyond! This is how it is done my friends!

Good customer service, quality product easy plug and play. Also comes with a nice travel case. Would recommend to others.

I bought the Mach 1 Apex Charger for my Tesla. There was an intermittent problem with NACS adapter.
The problem was immediately addressed and resolved.
A high quality and high performance product, well supported.

customer service is unbelievable great. they would call you to address all your concerns. my level 2 charger melted and they sent a replacement within 3 days. theyre very quick to respond. overall experience in terms of customer service and product quality is way better than tesla’s.

Very impressed with this product (Mach 2 Apex EV Charger) and company. The product has all the features I need/want and is stylish. The company was VERY responsive to my emails requesting support when doing the DIY installation.

Following my purchase of an Apex charger, I ran into problems. The equipment would begin charging, but then overheat, causing it to cut off. I thought that the problem might be related to my electric vehicle, but my dealer ruled that out. So I contacted Apex support. The team there was terrific. They responded to my inquiry within an hour and then led me through a series of tests, none of which got the charger working correctly. But within 48 hours they got back to me and offered a replacement charger. I have it now and it is working perfectly. Bravo Apex Support Team!

We purchased the Apex Charger Mach 1 directly from Apex Charger. From the time we ordered it until it was working to our satisfaction the customer service has been outstanding. There was a little hiccup in the delivery process (the carrier's issue, not theirs) and they called to make sure it got delivered and followed up after that to see if we had questions and if it had been installed. Our installer had questions when he was installing it, and they were responsive and made sure he got the information that was needed. After it was installed, I had trouble getting the app paired with my phone. After a few days of trying to figure it out, I finally called Apex's customer service, and they walked me through the process and figured out what I was doing wrong. They have gone out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. The Charger itself is high quality and performs just as we would like.

Doing business with Apex Charger has been an amazing experience. Their support and integrity are unmatched. I would highly recommend them, as you know that you will be taken care of.
I have had two issues (Both issues were my fault) that I have needed to contact support, and it has always been an immediate response with excellent follow through.

I bought the charger for an EV I planned to buy (I wanted everything to be ready day 1). The electrician installed it with the plug after I told them to hardwire it. When I contacted them to ask them to fix it, they pushed back, saying it might void a warranty. I emailed apex about the possible issue and they literally called me in ten minutes to help me know their policy (they literally send a hardwiring package with the unit), and to give more information that might help the electrician. I'm pretty sure every time I've contacted them over gotten a phone call within thirty minutes. They're a pleasure to work with, their products are well priced, and last night, my first charge went perfectly. I literally have no complaints and can only say good things about them.

Did my research for my at home ev charger for my tesla. So happy I did and didn’t just buy the tesla charger. The display is great, charger looks well and performs better. Most importantly the customer service was amazing from questions I had after purchase, through installation, and finishing with providing an extended warranty. Great personalized experience!

My EV charger installed easily, is lightweight, has a small footprint n works awesome! I like it so much, I'm buying a second one for my other car! Customer service is very helpful n responds quickly!
