He has patiently waited for me at the airport for 2 hours due to immigration delay, despite having to attend to other customers and considered that I was a student coming back for my course. The whole experience was easy and professional. The car was as good as it looked in the pictures. Marcus explained everything to us regarding the purchase and the options we had. Everything went very smoothly…
Everything went very smoothly considering I live 200 miles away! The team answered all my questions in a prompt manner. The only element that left me troubled was the handover process for when the car was delivered (unsure whether I had to tax the car). I had to phone the office to get an explanation. Perhaps this could be added to the sales process before the car is despatched? Andy (the driver) went through the handover and tax seamlessly. I thank you all for the service offered.
