First, the product is top-notch, better than I expected. It is solid and built to withstand punishment from riding on and off-road. I don't think a better set of panniers or top-cases exists.
Here is where Apduro rises even higher: I made an ordering mistake. I sent an email describing my mistake and how I was hoping to remedy the situation, perfectly willing to pay the cost difference of the change. I was told "No Problem, the change will be made". And that was it. I didn't have to re-engage, or negotiate...just simply, No Problem, the change will be made. When I opened the shipping box, the change had indeed been made. As I unpacked the luggage, I was amazed at how solidly built they are. I have had MoskoMoto bags since I purchased my bike, but I wanted to try aluminum cases. After a LOT of research, I settled on Apduro, because they fit onto my '26 BMW 1300GS with no rack or modification. The connection is solid and strong. Without hesitation, I can tell you the build-quality is beyond exceptional and the kindness of the manufacturer is amazing.
Please consider purchasing the Apduro cases. You won't find a better product or customer service than the great people at Apuduro.

I made a mistake when ordering and they asked me right away if it was my intention to order the product twice instead of one ,they responded very fast and paypal'ed the overpaid money the same day

Everything fits my 2025 BMW R1300 GS with Vario racks perfectly.

I ordered a top case on Saturday 19 September. The website promises delivery in 3 to 5 days. The parcel was only handed over to DPD on Thursday 24 September — five days after my order — with delivery scheduled for Monday 28 September, i.e. 9 days in total.

I needed it for a motorcycle trip and wrote to APDURO twice to ask for help. No answer to either email, not even an acknowledgement.

I can't judge the product yet, but the service is not at the level of the price. If your delivery time is 7–10 days, say so on the website. And answer your customers.

I was looking for a set of soft/semi rigid side bags that could be attached to the OEM side carriers of my BMW 1300 GSA , 2026. It was quite a journey, visiting the websites of the well known brands like Lone Rider, Givi, SW Motech and so on. I've contacted their customer service departments to be informed which partnrs I had to order exactly. All of their solutions require additional frames and or adapters to be mounted on the 1300 GSA. Until I visited the website of APDURO. Their Hewer semi rigid luggage system is exactly what I was looking for. The order was delivered complete and in a good condition in a few days to the Netherlands. Assembling is quite easy, locks can be adjusted to the BMW key. And IT FITS!!. Quality of outer and inner bags look very good. In a few weeks I'm gonna make a long ride to Spain, so I can test the bags in practical circumstances. But I'm pretty sure the set will meet my expectations. The molle straps make in possible to attach some smaller bags that I bought before (Enduristan) on top of the Hewer side bags. Price is also competitive

The quality of the Rackless top case is awesome ( fits perfectly on the oem bmw support of 1300 gs on gs adventure)
The pricing is correct and the robustness of the equipment is very good
Shipping was very short (
I would recommend apduro to enable a possibility for ship the equipment in a deposit relay or a locker ( DPD can provide such service ) , that could be very useful when you are not at home ( in a road trip for instance) to be able to pick up your equipment at any place

De koffers zijn van goede kwaliteit en passen perfect op het systeem van de BMW R 1300 GS.
Ook kan je de sloten van de Koffers aanpassen op de sleutel van jou BMW motor
Koffers zijn echt een aanrader en van degelijke kwaliteit.

I ordered a zero rack for my GSA to mount a pelican case. The rack arrived in a little over a week to the US. The build quality is great. The materials feel very good, and the fit is perfect. It’s obvious they put a lot of effort and care into the design.

Seemingly simple things like incorporating my bmw key into the locking system make such a difference.

I put a Pelican 1520 case on the rack, and mounted it with bolts into the numerous slots in the plate. The side and front/back strap slots are perfectly accessible with the case mounted.

Purchased the Medium panniers for my BMW R 1300 GS, choose the “Black Edition” and WZ-4 decal set.
The boxes and associated mount are sensational. The boxes are extremely strong and well made, alignment of hinged top and bottom flawless. Mounting system is Fort Knox strong and simple to use. Decal set matches my bike perfectly.
Shipping to the US is “challenging”, be patient and expect to pay a tarrif to Fed Ex between $50 and $150.

The all black XXL aluminum pannier’s that I received for my R1300GSA were extremely well built and finished. They are equal or better than more expensive competitors on the market. There was some confusion with the US based shipping/customs and Apduro staff help straighten that out quickly. I have had panniers from several other manufacturers. These are clearly made by very skilled craftsmen.

Possesseur d’une BMW R1300GS Adventure, j’avais dans un premier temps opté pour les valises d’origine BMW. Si leur esthétique est réussie, leur utilisation au quotidien s’est révélée décevante : fermeture parfois capricieuse et, surtout, fragilité excessive. Un simple choc à faible vitesse a suffi à détruire complètement l’une des valises.
J’ai donc décidé de me tourner vers les valises APDURO en taille L, reçues environ un mois après ma commande passée sur le site. Après plusieurs utilisations, je peux dire que j’en suis pleinement satisfait.
Elles se montrent nettement plus robustes, offrent une capacité de chargement supérieure tout en étant moins encombrantes, et leur étanchéité est irréprochable. J’apprécie également la présence des barillets codables livrés de série.
Les valises se montent directement sur le support d’origine sans nécessité d’adaptation.
Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne le suivi de commande, qui mériterait davantage de visibilité sur les différentes étapes de fabrication et d’expédition. Cela étant dit, je suppose que ce délai de communication s’explique par le succès de la marque et l’afflux de commandes à l’arrivée des beaux jours.
En résumé, un produit de grande qualité que je recommande sans hésitation

Quality is superb! Ordered full set of Apduro rackless vario hard cases for my 1300GS. Yes they are quite expensive, but the original BMW varios are not comparable in my eyes. Manuel locks codable for the BMW keys. Some hassle with FedEx, but Apduro fixed it within the same day. Well packed also. They fit like a glove in the original Vario mounts on the bike.

To enable me to transfer my top box and panniers from my BMW 1250 Adventure to my 1300 Adventure I bought the top plate and the pannier frames from Apduro. They were delivered very quickly and I can confirm that they fit perfectly and are of a very high quality so I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The only downside and this is not Apduro's issue is that because I live in the UK I had to pay import duty before they were released from customs. An additional £75 which I hadn't anticipated.

Great cases, reliable service! Quality of the case and the mounting mechanism is great. Innerbags are also very good. Better design (narrower but deeper) than BMW originals. R1300gsa

I ordered racks for my BMW R1300GSA to allow me to fit Lone Rider moto bags. The racks are all very well made and expertly finished. They fit perfectly.

They were shipped quickly via UPS and were very well packed.

The locks were missing from the order but they were very quick to get those shipped to me at no additional costs. Communication was great, polite and professional.

The racks aren’t cheap but they are worth it in my option as they look so good.
