I was surprised to find the number of locations. It was helpful..The problem we had was not getting enough information on the sites..For example : We saw more photos of the landscape than we did the insides of the apartments. We were grateful for the phone #'s. Being able to speak directly was necessary. We would have liked more information re: availability, costs,etc. on the sites.

Slow responses if any at all come, misleading pricing everything is in actuality priced higher than the ads state.

Great information may be much for a novice computer user. Needs updated info. Would like if search history would filter out when doing new search. Over all website is useful.

Your apartment ads don't give enough information about the property. I should not have to write the management about utilities(such as all paid or some paid) or whether or not they accept section 8 vouchers. In my opinion, that information should already be available in the ad. I say this because I have written to some of these offices and I have not heard back or they completely miss the question in my questionnaire and I then have to ask again.

Apartment Guide was helpful in many waysl.

I would recommend them if you needing an apartment.

It is easy to set up an alert. My only issue was sometimes it was not in the area that I wanted them to focus on, but all in all, they are pretty good.

Most apartments wasn't available when I showed up in person , even though it showed available online .

Simple and easy, very helpful

When I give a specific price range, you give whatever you feel like showing. when I give a specific city, you provide the entire area known as Hampton Roads. You are more trouble really than you need to be. If I ask for Newport News and the price of $700-900, I really don't need to have Virginia Beach and $1000-1200.
