It looks like a scam
I went to the location and the door was shut during business hours without any signage of Anytime Offices. I called your hotline and the operator said the venue was rented out to another client including the meeting room.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you've experienced during your time with us. Our goal is to provide seamless access to our facilities, and it's clear we fell short in this instance.
The unavailability of the meeting room was due to a prior booking by another client. We understand the importance of clear communication and can empathise with your issue. In future, we will ensure that appropriate signage is in place to inform visitors.

It was a great option for a small Not For Profit Business with directors in different states. They could meet and conduct meetings collaboratively the day before our AGM.

Great space for intimate workshops
Anytime Offices in Randwick provides a great, intimate venue for small day or day-part workshops (up to 8pp). The service is very attentive and the building is well located and easy to access.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process.
The sign-up and onboarding process was seamless and hassle-free, exactly as promised.
The team at Anytime Offices made sure that everything was taken care of efficiently, allowing me to focus on getting settled into my new workspace without any unnecessary stress or delays.

Owner will take payment one week before the due date,without any authorization; also they do NOT disclose that you need to give one months notice in advance for cancelling. Upto to you to read T&C. Sneak tactics by owner to trap you again with outrageous offers. beware of that.
