Awful company. Please don't use.
Booked airport transfer at the airport & received an email 5 minutes later stating they had cancelled it!
Also stated a refund & compensation but 1 month on & nothing.
I've sent 2 emails but nothing!
Would never use this company again.

Scam! I booked a transfer. Paid. The following day, they wrote me they had to cancel because the driver assigned canceled the ride. They wrote me that I would be refunded. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. Emailed them to check and they never responded. Stay away.

Complete scam organisation, take booking and payment then advise driver has cancelled, offer refund and an inconvenience payment but refund never arrives. Avoid at all cost,

I ordered a cab and it got cancelled an hour before pick up. Got told I would get refunded and compensated 15 pounds but never got either. I have just messaged the company but don't expect a reply. Just a scam company.

Booked taxi whilst in Italy to take us back to airport, paid and woke to find email following morning saying cancelled, refund in process plus €35 compensation… have sent5 emails day after day chasing refund two weeks later, no reply whatsoever and no refund unsurprisingly.

My booking was cancelled the last minute. Received an email that I will be refunded and provided an extra allowance of €15 for the inconvience caused within max 9 days. No refunds were received.
Totally unreliable and NOT recommended.

I booked a taxi from benidorm to alicanti airport paid the company , then hour later i recieve email to say driver cancelled so no cab ! And i will recieve full refund plus 15 euros compensation in 5 to 9 working days , well 9 working days later No money!! Not impressed my bank 8s on it now ! .

I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating except it doesn't give you the option to give no stars.
As I was travelling on my own, I booked a taxi on 18 September in Tenerife for transfer to the airport on 19 September at 16.15. I never received confirmation of the service after I paid and having emailed on 18 & 19 requesting same have still received no email to date (30 September). Needless to say taxi never turned up and I had the stress of taking public transport last minute to ensure I got to the airport on time. I would not recommend this service and as I say, to date have not received any correspondence let alone an apology for their lack of service for my return home from holidays 🤬🤬🤬

Booked a taxi from airport for our trip was all confirmed then less than 24 hours before cancelled and said there would be a refund and compensation however emailed once the refund never came through no reply and no refund. Left without service and lost lots of money NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM

I can 100% verify what everyone else is saying about this company.
Booked a transfer from Montenegro via the company's website and remitted a payment. Five minutes subsequent to receiving the booking confirmation, I received a message from the taxi service indicating that my reservation had been cancelled. They offered 15 Euros compensation
No immediate refund had to wait 7/9days. After 7 days I received my initial refund but no compensation.
The situation appears to resemble an ongoing fraudulent operation.
THEY DO NO REPLY AT ALL. APPALLING COMPANY

I arranged a taxi service from Dublin Airport to Galway via the company's website and remitted a payment of €213. Five minutes subsequent to receiving the booking confirmation, I received a message from the taxi service indicating that my reservation had been cancelled. Despite three weeks having elapsed, I am still awaiting a refund. The situation appears to resemble a fraudulent operation.

In ferie a Maiorca. Alle 20.26 del 18 settembre prenoto un taxi per le 22.45, mi confermano la prenotazione salvo poi ritrovarmi con la corsa cancellata a ridosso dell'orario prenotato. Nella mail di cancellazione, si scusavano e garantivano un rimborso totale della spesa più una somma, pari al costo della corsa, per scusarsi dell'accaduto, entro 5-9 giorni dalla data. I giorni sono trascorsi senza che io abbia ricevuto nulla. Ieri ho inviato una mail segnalando il fatto ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, né tantomeno il rimborso. Inutile dire che non utilizzerò mai più il loro servizio.

This company is a scam. Gives a price then cancels. I was told I had been refunded but the details of the card refunded were not mine and I was not refunded. There is no reply to emails or any communication. If your trip is important like mine was to catch a flight I would avoid this company.

Booked a transfer for tomorrow for 7 people from our hotel in Alcudia to the zoo in Mallorca, booked at around 2pm in afternoon received an email at around 9:30 ish that they have cancelled with no refund. On booking they took the money straight away. No contact had to contact my bank to sort refund out!

Do not book with this, scam company not real!

If you do, use PayPal or something secure so you get a refund!

I booked a transfer from Milan to Turin and paid for it by credit card. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the driver had refused the ride.

I was then advised that I would receive a full refund within a maximum of 9 working days.

After 12 working days had passed without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service to request an update, but I received no response. I subsequently followed up three more times and still did not receive any reply.

It has now been more than 15 days since the cancellation, and I have yet to receive my refund.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and the failure to process the refund within the timeframe promised.
