On time did job quickly and professionally

First class service

I was given a time frame of between 7.30 and 13.00 and was informed about 15 minutes before arrival. The men were polite, offered to remove footwear and were very efficient at removing my sofa.They worked out the best way of tackling the awkward angle in the hallway and were very mindful of walls and paintwork. Excellent service and I would use them again.

From the booking to the collection everything was so easy. The guys who did the collection were helpful, friendly and efficient. And last but not least. I received a refund, which I was not expecting. I had overestimated the amount of junk i had. Anyjunk refunded me the difference, without me even asking.

Good service, fair prices

This company visited to remove a 3 seater sofa initially it could not be taken out in the normal way the sofa was quite old so they broke it up with minimum fuss.

I have Used these around 5 times now and I only use them as a last resort when the job I am on is to far for my usual waste removal company to get to .
On 1 occasion the anyjunk removal guy moved bags of soil from the rubbish pile to the other side of the garden , and then taken pictures of the waste removed , saying that he had taken the rubbish when he hadn’t . Anyjunk refused to beleive that the bags was there because their guy had “taken a picture of it gone for proof” luckily the customer had a ring doorbell which caught them moving the bags and we sent this in as evidence , which at this point anyjunk did apologise and arranged for them to be re collected.
There have been 2 other occasions where I have ordered the correct volume of waste removal , and the anyjunk clearance people will always say it’s a size over what is actually there . Very misleading on the volume of waste they say they will remove to what they actually will remove .
On 2 occasions I have payed skip prices to have mainly cardboard packaging removed .
They are ok if you are in urgent need of waste removing , but always order 1 or 2 sizes above what they actually state .

Great company very helpful pick up very smooth then a refund. Would definitely recommend them.

The team that cleared my furniture were polite and friendly gave me a call prior to turning up and email showing picture of the two man team that was doing the job I would certainly recommend them

They are very strict with what they take. The website is misleading with what is classed as one item, so be very cautious and dispose of what you can first. They will take what is easiest for them and leave the hard part and charge you more to collect the rest. As a government supporting business i am very disappointed, this is why people leave rubbish on the streets.

They phoned with arrival time ,came on time and collected our sofa from the living room . Everything was done efficiently, you could not ask for more. Would recommend your service as top class.
