Booked a boiler service online which was quite simple. Good availability and easy to change it too. The day before received a time slot and on the day a call to confirm the arrival time.
Great service, fast and great price. Very knowledgeable. Received report straight away too. Will be using again in the future.

Efficiently carried out the service. One minor gripe - I booked this service in June and received a confirmation email. At 9:30am this morning I still didn't know if anyone was going to turn up. Would be useful to be emailed a day or so before to confirm that the booking is still scheduled.

We've used any gas for servicing our boiler and water cyclinder for the last 6 years. We've had the same engineer (Bal) every time, and he's very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. We've had to call them out twice for emergency jobs since we've been here (due to builder installation issues in our new build) and he's come straight away and got the boiler and hot water back on quickly.
We were recently quoted £3k for a new boiler by an emergency plumber - we were unsure about whether we needed one given the age of the property, so got back in touch with Any Gas for a second opinion and a quote. Bal fixed the issue within 40 minutes saving us £3k. Couldn't get better customer service than that!
The office staff (Karen) are also very helpful and responsive.

Service took place as requested. Very difficult to get these services organised and performed on time so good service that they occurred as expected
Great price, also great engineer who came and serviced my boiler. Even cleaned parts I don't think a different company who serviced my boiler last time did! Also great Comms emails and messages to say when they were coming, plus a call about half hour before. Nice and tidy, even took his shoes off (I didn't even need to ask)

I used Any Gas for my yearly boiler service for the last 3 years. Firstly because it was the best price that I could find and secondly because I was happy with the service I got from Bal on every visit.

I booked a boiler and cylinder service on 23 July for £139. The engineer completed the job within 30 minutes. However, just a few hours after he left, I noticed multiple issues that were not present before the service. These included the heaters remaining constantly on, the boiler failing to heat water while displaying a fault code, and a drop in cylinder pressure. Prior to the service, everything was functioning perfectly.
I contacted Any Gas, and they arranged for the attending engineer to reach out to me. Over the next few days, the engineer requested photos, visual checks, and other information. He then claimed that there were several faults with my heating system. When I questioned why these faults were not identified during the service I had just paid for, he responded that the service does not cover all faults and that he hadn’t observed any issues at the time. He insisted the faults were pre-existing but simply weren’t apparent during the service. This explanation seemed absurd, particularly since he was suddenly able to diagnose faults from photos which he failed to identify while physically present. What kind of service was this?
What stood out was that, during our conversations, the engineer repeatedly mentioned he could fix the issues for an additional £69.99. This raised suspicions. My house is only three years old, and everything was working fine before the service. The first service was perfect and up until the engineer carried out the service last week, my boiler, google thermostats and cylinder all worked fine. How could these faults suddenly appear after the engineer left, and why should I have to pay extra to have them fixed?
A few days later, the boiler completely stopped working. When I called Any Gas again, I politely explained the situation to the customer service representative, hoping for a resolution. Instead, I was met with shocking rudeness. She offered me two options: pay £69.99 for a call-out or find someone else to do the job. She made it clear that this was not her problem. I was appalled when she told me to escalate or complain wherever I wanted, as it wouldn’t affect her. She then abruptly ended the call. It felt as though she had repeated this behaviour with other customers before, as her dismissive and rude attitude seemed rehearsed and natural. Furthermore, before presenting the two options, she persistently asked if I was willing to pay £69.99 for a visit in a week’s time, which seemed like another attempt to extract money for fixing an issue they likely caused.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Is this how you treat returning customers while boasting about excellent customer service and a 5-star rating? A quick look at Trustpilot reveals numerous one-star complaints about your company. I am now left with a faulty heating system after paying £139, and your only response has been to demand more money. I will gladly take my business to a more reputable supplier whilst I take this up further as I do not want other customers to be scammed as well.
I was sent a reminder about my service, the booking process was quick and easy with plenty of available dates and time slots to suit. Engineer was the same as last year which is nice, he was tidy and professional throughout, he explained everything he did. Great service recieved.

Non nonsense service. Quick in quick out service. Boiler only 4 years old though.
He was arrived before the scheduled time but he informed me beforehand. He was a great person that you can have a good conversation with. He was done within half an hour. Couldn’t fault him.

We were given a time slot between 1 and 3 and Bal Basi arrived at 1.30.
As on previous visits, he was polite, professional, and respectful.
He explained what he needed to do and carried out the work with no fuss.
He talked us through how to operate the new hob.
He seems very kind and took time to talk to my dad.
