I just want to share how happy l am with your service. I'm a first time customer and was initially attracted by your competitive pricing. I was really pleased by the polished online services and ease of booking. I recently had a boiler service completed and the engineer, Hassan, was brilliant. He was professional, thorough and conscientious. He was personable throughout, guiding me through every stage of the work that he was completing and giving me good advice on maintenance and what to expect with future services.
Given this experience, l have no intention of going elsewhere for future gas work.

The service was fantastic, kept updated on the arrival times and the gentleman we had come was polite professional and a true credit to the service thank you

Raj rang 20 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way & he turned up right on time, he introduced himself & put on blue shoe protectors as soon as he stepped through the door. Raj was extremely polite & easy to talk to & was very thorough in his work & cleaned up as he worked. We highly recommend any gas service.

Excellent Boiler service from Any Gas Service as usual. I have used these people for several years and their engineers always do a splendid job. They're very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. The bonus is the very favourable prices.

We had our annual boiler service done with Any Gas Service. We went with them as they had great reviews and were slightly cheaper than other companies.

We had our service done on 12th February, and the engineer came out and reported that everything was absolutely fine, no repairs needed.

Since then, we have had no hot water at all. The heating works fine, but the taps and shower have no hot water.

We tried to get in touch with them but only managed to get through on 16th Feb to be told they could not give us a day and time someone could come out and look at it, as their engineer was on annual leave.

We have a 4 month old baby who has not been able to have a bath, and we have had to wash dishes and ourselves using the kettle.

We have had to pay a lot more money for British Gas to come and try repair it, as we cannot wait around in the hopes someone may come out and sort it.

UPDATE:

British Gas came out and said the issue was that the Hot Water Valve was closed. Any Gas said this would not be touched as part of a service. We are both baffled by what has happened, but Any Gas said they would be willing to cover the cost of calling British Gas out to fix the issue. Raj was extremely helpful and did everything he could to understand my situation and help out.

I had a very disappointing experience when speaking to the receptionist on the phone. She was extremely rude, and honestly one of the rudest people I have ever come across in a customer-facing role. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking, and it's hard to understand how the company is allowing this to continue — it feels quite negligent. She definitely needs proper training on how to speak to customers.
That said, I would like to mention that Sahas did a good job and was polite and helpful, which I appreciated.

A Big Thank you to Rob & Harry .They serviced our boiler LPG and connected our gas hob.Really friendly and professional and very reasonably priced Would highly recommend.

On time, very friendly and efficient engineer, very reasonable price, ticked all the boxes for me, Any Gas are the best company for servicing boilers for me.

Sahas was really helpful, thoroughly explained the process. Serviced the boiler and fixed it.

The booking was easy, they sent a reminder and the gas engineer phoned to say he was on his he way, he was on time.
What can I say about the engineer he was very informative and professional. Not only that he made no mess whatsoever. The fitter was a credit to the company
I would highly recommend Any Gas Service and will definitely use them again.

I know most reviews are positive and I have based on that to make a booking. However I have waited for 1hr 55min (that's the 2 hr scheduled time slot) when I got the call that the guy couldn't make it on time (of course I already knew that by then!)

Why wouldn't the engineer guy call me earlier to give me some idea? That way I wouldn't have waited like an idiot and have my own schedule rearranged.

Frustrating.

Smooth, easy, and efficient. Well mannered personable young engineer, removed shoes etc. He did a thorough check of our boiler and talked me through the results and my queries as our boiler is quite old.

Polite, professional engineer! Highly recommend

Got a text message on The day of the appointment to say they wouldn't be coming til the next day in the afternoon. Tried ringing the office multiple times with no answer. Finally got through to them after constantly trying for 3hours. The appointment was for a morning amd they said the engineer is coming today in the afternoon. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and wouldn't even apologise for the change In the appointment or even the false text message. Customer service at its finest. I would rather pay more for a company who values it's customers and keeps appointments

Your reply doesn't excuse your actions, lack of updating customers, the manor I which you talk to people or your shocking customer service

Sahas Singh is very good at communicating letting us know when he will be arriving very honest about the service would recommend any gas service to all will be using them again

Came on time rung before to say they where on the way I think that makes great service

Had my boiler serviced 22nd Dec, prior to service it was working. It started leaking immediately. I received the paperwork which had no remediations included as advice. I could not get hold of anyone over christmas and chased multiple times. Once I got a response they said the condensation pipe was brittle and had cracked, this wasnt flagged in the service report. They wouldn't even offer a refund or partial refund given the service paperwork was wrong. I could have saved myself £65 and not ended up with no heat or hot water over christmas.

Sahas was fantastic - going above and beyond to give us a good service. 5 star.
